Nobody should rely on any of the positive reviews here or elsewhere online, almost all of which are from several years ago. Bryant took a large deposit from us for a Generac installation that was supposed to be completed by a specific, not estimated, date. He then effectively disappeared. We made multiple attempts to contact him for updates on the installation but were repeatedly ignored; when he DID finally answer us, he provided no concrete information about our installation. Bryant may respond to this review by claiming he was seriously injured in an automobile accident which made it impossible for him to keep a work schedule. However, Bryant failed to meet the firm installation schedule provided in our agreement BEFORE his claimed accident. It also is important to note that Bryant apparently went on vacation BEFORE the accident and as the deadline for our installation neared. Bryant was cordial and agreeable UNTIL he deposited the check for our large deposit. From that point on, he ghosted us (which was before his alleged accident). Bryant violated the contractual terms of our agreement, NEVER completed any work, and has not returned our deposit.

Eric Bryant helped me purchase and install a new home generator. I was impressed with his hard work, commitment to the job, and professional attitude during a long, sometimes demanding period. He was always easy to reach, stayed in regular communication, and told me what to expect each step of the way. He was very easy to talk to and helped me understand how to work the generator once it was in place. Highly recommended!
