Overall poor customer service. If they didn't want to bid on the project, they could at least have responded with an email to that effect.
Description of Work: Emailed for blind-cleaning estimate information. They emailed back with some questions. I responded, then didn't hear anything further. Sent another email asking if they were still interested in providing estimate. Never heard back from that email either.

OUR COMPANY DID RESPOND TO THE CLIENT'S ORIGINAL E-MAIL. BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY FACTORS WHICH ENTER INTO A QUOTE FOR BLIND CLEANING SERVICES, SUCH AS, AGE OF BLINDS, ANY SMOKERS IN THE HOME, TYPE OF FABRIC, SIZES, BRAND NAME, LOCATION OF BLINDS AS WELL AS QUANTITY AND OTHER ISSUES, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GIVE A FIRM QUOTE BY E-MAIL. IT IS BEST TO HAVE THE CUSTOMER CALL US AND WE THEN CAN DISCUSS THESE MANY ISSUES PRIOR TO GIVING A QUOTE, AND IN FACT, IN SOME INSTANCES WE MAY CHOOSE TO PERFORM A "SITE" VISIT PRIOR TO A FIRM QUOTE. IN OUR RETURN E-MAIL, WE REQUESTED THE CUSTOMER CALL US M-F FROM 9-5 AND THAT THIS WAS THE BEST WAY TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOWEVER WE DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK, AND SINCE THE CUSTOMER DID NOT GIVE US THEIR PHONE NUMBER, WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM. AFTER ANSWERING THE CLIENT'S ORIGINAL E-MAIL, WE UNFORTUNATELY WERE CALLED OUT OF STATE FOR A FAMILY EMERGENCY. OUR MOTHER HAD SUFFERED A LARGE STROKE, AND BECAUSE SHE LIVES ALONE, IT WAS NECESSARY FOR US TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY TO HELP CARE FOR HER. AGAIN, BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT RETURN TO HER HOME, WE WERE CALLED TO HELP THE FAMILY FIND A RETIREMENT HOME FOR HER. THERE WAS MUCH FOR US TO ACCOMPLISH BEFORE WE COULD RETURN TO OREGON. WE ARE FAMILY OWNED, AND IN OUR ABSENCE, OUR FAMILY CONTINUED TO EASILY SERVICE EACH OF OUR CUSTOMERS WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL BLIND CLEANING SERVICES. WE ARE SORRY THIS CUSTOMER HAS CHOSEN TO GIVE US A POOR REVIEW, BUT HAD WE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEM, AS REQUESTED IN OUR RETURN E-MAIL, WE COULD HAVE QUICKLY ACCOMMODATED ALL OF THEIR REQUESTS AND SERVICED THEM IN THE WAY THEY WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. A QUICK PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE REACHED US BEFORE WE WERE SUDDENLY CALLED OUT OF TOWN, THEREFORE WE COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN THE CUSTOMER THE INFORMATION THEY REQUESTED. Big improvement, much cheaper than replacing a houseful of old, grungy blinds that had been installed in the early 90s. Jack checked them all to be sure they were operating properly after reinstalling.
Description of Work: Removed, cleaned and reinstalled mini-blinds on 16 windows.

This is an absolutely FANTASTIC service! Mr. Kosinski arrived on time, removed the blinds carefully from each room, and labeled them so he knew which room they belonged in. He returned them on time the next day SPARKLING CLEAN! They are beautiful! The slats are smooth and clean, the cords are clean! Beautiful. They work perfectly. They are trustworthy, nice, friendly, fast, careful of removal and reinstall. Highest quality result! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Brite and Shinee!
Description of Work: They came to my home and removed seven metal mini blinds. They returned the blinds the next day SPARKLING clean and reinstalled them! $15 per blind.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. VERY PLEASED. WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN THE NEXT TIME IT'S NEEDED. VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE AND PUNCTUAL. DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS EITHER.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED ALL THE MINI BLINDS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE. TOOK THEM OFF AND CLEANED VERY THOROUGHLY.
