+ -1 moreI began dealing with BCT in 1983. For the first 10 years or so they were a co-op and the members received annual checks as part of the co-op. I haven't seen a check in the las 20 years as management always decides to spend any profits on more executive pay, benefits or a very expensive management building (the working folks have a different building). Every aspect of this so called co-op has been in steady decline for too many years.
Description of Work: This company operates in an area where there is no other choice for land lines. They are supposed to be a co-op and we used to get annual checks as a member. Haven't seen a check in 20 years and have had to deal with them for 30 years. The service folks are great and very professional. Management is the real problem with this company.

+ -1 moreThe experience with them generally, and their customer service specifically has been satisfactory. There has been nothing outstanding about them. I don t have a choice with my landline, and I use them because it is better than not having a telephone.
