Jeff seems to have lots of experience and knowledge. They did a great job coating and staining our concrete floor. There was an issue that came up with the first application of stain but Jeff said he would get it right and in the end they produced an excellent job. Lino, his worker, was professional and they were easy to work with. I recommend Bach Custom Coatings.

We have had water leakage periodically in our finished basement despite French drains, etc. So this time (broken sprinkler pipe) we had to remove the moldy wall-to-wall carpet leaving only the ugly, damaged cement floor, made in 1910 from buckets of cement. They leveled off the irregularities of the floor and coated it in vinyl. It is waterproof and should last about as long as the house does. They are very professional--polite, on time, responsive to phone and emails. Mark provided a detailed, itemized bid with a precise description of what they would do and what the process would be like. It went exactly as they predicted, no surprises. This floor surface is a great solution to a periodic problem. Love this company and this service!!!

They were on time for every meeting, they communicated constantly and zealously throughout the process. They finished the job on time (even when it included a little Saturday OT!) and they charged me exactly what they said they would charge. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate the way these guys do business. Hire them!
