All went well . Jeremy was punctual, professional, honest, patient for questions.

They had to make multiple repair trips. They did a pretty good job. They were pretty responsive. It was just a difficult repair for the company because there was a circuit board that kept shorting out. The problem was water coming down and shorting out the board. They were persistent and I think they were fair in trying to work out an equitable price.

I had my heat pump tuned up today, 9/18/17. Jeremy explained how the service having a heat pump rather than a furnace and air conditioner separately is different. He was scheduled to come at 3 but had a cancellation and called to see if he could come earlier, which he did. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Even though I had many questions for I wasn't totally understanding what the service entailed since I wasn't told before how a heat pump works. He explained what he did and what he would recommend me to do in the future. He even showed and explained the inside of the heat pump.

The installation went well. My husband was home when all this was done. This was done on Monday, Aug. 14. The installers said the electrician couldn't install the additional circuit until Wednesday (they were so busy). After the electrician installed the circuit a technician was to come to finish up. My husband had to call the main office to have that done on Wednesday; otherwise it would have been Thursday or later. My husband had medical issues and appointments which made finishing later than Wednesday untenable. A technician did the finish-up work on Wednesday afternoon.

They wouldn't take the job because it was out of their area. Nothing was mentioned about that in the ad. I don't know if it was the fault of Angie's List or Anderson. The offer was $59 but they told me that it would be $99 to go out of their area. Questionable to me - seems like they should have honored the offer and then contacted Angie's List for correction. Very disappointed.

Steve Anderson replaced Furnace and Air Conditioning unit (1991) with American Standard products. The American Standard A/C product has a glitch with their TXV valves and so it's needed replaced twice. Warranty is 10 years on parts but labor is only covered for 1 year. The first time the TXV valve went it was just under 2 years and the second time was only 10 months later. Steve no longer represents the American Standard product, he now reps Maytag but was kind enough to replace the TXV valve and dryer filter. Steve's professionalism and dedication to making customers happy is just awesome. Thank you Steve. Jeremy was the last tech here and replaced the TXV valve and Dryer filter and he was highly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling you can't go wrong with this highly skilled team and definitely go Maytag!!

Steve was great! He responded to my request for an estimate immediately, answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them), and was very professional. As a new homeowner, I was very nervous, but Steve made things easy. I was waiting to see how well the AC worked before writing my review; it's been working great--consistent cooling throughout the house. Anderson Heating and Cooling and Steve is my HVAC-go-to-guy from now on!

The technician, Brad, was on time (actually, early) and greeted me at the door before going straight to work on my AC, which hadn't been serviced in at least 6 years. He readily fixed my AC's issues of low airflow and air not cool enough coming from my home's vents. He used a thermometer of sorts to measure the outgoing air vs. incoming air and told me the difference at this time of year should be about 15 degrees--mine was 10 degrees. He said a small pinhole-size leak was probably the cause. He did not try to upsell me by saying he needed to find the leak and then fix it. Instead, he told me it would cost much more to do that than to add 1 to 1-1/2 pounds of coolant (just $60.00). After that, the in/outflow difference was 14-1/2 degrees. My total cost: $59 for the tune-up and $60 for coolant. Thank you Brad for your honesty! I soooo appreciate Anderson's old-fashioned customer service. I will be asking Anderson Heating to do the tune-up on my furnace this fall, and I have already recommended them to a couple friends. THANK YOU ANDERSON HEATING.

Great! I was a little worried at first, as I was bumped not just once but twice for bigger jobs, but I understood, as the first bump was due to the sudden HOT weather and as our AC worked, the company was trying to focus on people with no AC. If my unit had quit working, I would have greatly appreciated the company for doing so, so I thought it was actually nice of them. All I was getting was a routine service check, so no big deal. The second bump was so they could use the tech for a new install, which also didn't bother me, and I was only bumped to two days later. When my tech did come, he was on time (early even), clean, prepared, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and nice to my cat (the one cat I have who likes people). I was quite happy with his service and would call them if I ever had any problems (which I hope we don't!) The girl who called to change my times of service was also very nice. All in all, Anderson Heating & Cooling seems like a really nice- and reliable- company to use!

Bought the $59 AC unit checkup deal. The tech was on time. However in 7-8mins he was done & gone! he recommended a part replacement which was only cosmetically subpar. At least he wasn't very pushy about replacement.

The tech was professional and performed the work quickly. We had no way of knowing for sure if all the work was necessary since we have only owned the house 1 year. We had to trust what he told us needed to be done.

Brad, the service engineer was professional, courteous, and efficient. He was able to correct the problem our previous vendor had failed to do for 8 years!
