Description of Work: replaced furnace......there was a significant problem with the furnace they put in. They got another one right away and replaced it. the job took much longer than they anticipated and they were very professional about it.

Informed me about the age of the furnace and estimated when we might need to replace it and the potential cost of doing so. We had recently had an expensive repair done by another company and this one said they would not have recommended such an extensive repair on a 20 year old furnace. Putting that money into a new furnace would have been smarter.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal coupon for "$69 for a Furnace or A/C Tune-Up" |The Good: |The contractor made it easy to setup an appointment, the technician arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful. We discussed possible replacement of my furnace and the possibility of setting up an appointment for inspection. I got the impression that this is a very professional organization. |The Bad: |The coupon specifically states "tune-up" but I really feel this was more of an inspection. The technician essentially was in and out in 15 minutes, tested the furnace to make sure it was working with no strange noises, and gave the main board a very brief cleaning with a vacuum. As I stated before, not exactly a tune-up but more of an inspection. |Summary: |To be fair, I would probably use this provider again because they were so prompt and professional. The fine print of the coupon did not promise more than I received, so I gave an overall B score due to the fact that they met my minimum expectations but did not exceed them.

Description of Work: He did a wonderful job of cleaning up my air conditioner from the perils of winter and put a new ? (something) in the main body of the AC which was about yo go out. He was very professional and didk a good job. The AC, thanks to him worked flawless last summer.
