Description of Work: I bought a new house in late summer and wanted to make sure the furnace was working properly before we reached the heart of winter. Called Anderson Heating and got appointment for following week. Jeremy arrived within 15 min of scheduled time and was great. Inspected the system and answered my questions about operation fully. As it turned out, my system is pretty new so there wasn't much to do and I have a home warranty so if there was major work I would have to use a contractor through the insurance company. However, I would highly recommend Jeremy and Anderson Heating to anyone who is looking for an honest, capable vendor.

Description of Work: after scheduling our furnace service appointment last week and making sure we were in their service area, we received a call an hour before our appointment notifying us they would need to reschedule as they didn't realize we weren't "in town". We'd given them our address and phone number the day we scheduled the appointment. Apparently the service tech wouldn't be able to keep the appointments after ours if they came out to our location.

Description of Work: Anderson came out to inspect my furnace, since I just moved to this house and wasn't sure of the maintenance history. The employee showed me how to remove and clean the filters, cleaned and checked everything, and gave me an estimate for a part that appears to be breaking down. He didn't pressure me to get the part fixed that day and gave me info about what I can expect as the worn part continues to wear over time until I get it fixed. Professional, clean cut, friendly- I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Checked furnace out. Jeremy was great very professional, we had an appt confusion issue in the beginning and Jeremy fixed it right away and rescheduled my appt and didn't make me feel like it was my fault even though it was.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a furnace tuneup by Anderson Heating and Cooling. The technician was running late due to traffic, and I appreciated his call to tell me. Upon arrival, he promptly started the work and appeared to be very thorough. Great service for a very reasonable price. I plan to use them again next year.

Description of Work: We had the furnace serviced. The work was professional. My only complaint was that the guy left black fingerprints on my ceiling from whatever dust he ran into in the attic. Still, I'd definitely stuck with this provider...maybe just ask him to clean up behind himself.
