They got my appointment scheduled right away, Brad was on time, friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions... even humored me when i asked if he minded looking at my roof interior while he was up there (my furnace is in the attic and i've never been up there!) to make sure there weren't any wet boards - he was a champ! He replaced my ignitor, which he had the parts for in his vehicle... this fixed the issue I'd been having with my furnace, so it was an instant solution as opposed to requiring another service appointment (and another fee). I was so impressed, I signed up for their annual service contract - a bargain at $99/year... basically pre-paid for next year's tune-up, so yes, I'd hire them again - in fact, I already did! :)

They are pretty good. They came and did a maintenance and tuneup. They called me and they wanted to tell me that if I wanted them to change the filter they would charge $6 more, then when I called them back 5 minutes later they said they already left and I have to change it myself and they would tell me what filter I would have to get. They could have told me the price does not include the filter. I just don't think that deserves an A

Steve was very easy to work with and very responsive. The furnace and duct work were placed promptly and at a price as expected. He worked directly with the electrician to ensure he had the electrical support he needed.

Great, they inspected the Gas Furnace and my A/C unit. I was satisfied with the service and was it reasonably priced. I First called them due to my A/C condenser leaking and they blew out the line. I did however had to call them back as my drain line started leaking again, They had to crawl in my crawl space and found the problem. At some point when the new water lines were installed they have removed my pipe hanger from the drain line for the A/C which caused the drain line to sag and would not allow the water to flow as freely as it should. The technician fixed it and made sure that the drain was free flowing. Anderson Heating and Cooling only charged me for the service call which was fair. They did come back out to replace my gas control valve and was even about $60.00 less then the quote given me due to not needing a extra part. So yes, they are honest as well. I would not look for anyone else to service my furnace or A/C unit. Thank you

Excellent! They arrived right on time and the service was completed in less than an hour. They found a part in my furnace that was worn and suggested replacement. This new part solved a problem with the furnace that 2 other repair companies were unable to diagnose. I could not be happier with Anderson Heating!! Highly recommended!

The technician Brad arrived on time and was professional and friendly. I had purchased a groupon for these services. He gave an easy to understand report of the services performed and offered some feedback on possible things to do in the future without being too pushy about booking with them again or committing to anything right away.

This was the first check on a 4-year-old, high-efficiency (95%) condensing gas furnace. As expected, all was well. Service was scheduled promptly/conveniently and performed quickly, efficiently and at the appointed time. It included some cleaning but not seasonal filling of the combustion condensate trap.

The vendor would not honor the coupon I purchased even though Angie's list indicated that the coupon was valid at my address. I have requested a full refund of my purchase as the coupon should not have been available to me.
