house cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned my house for Thanksgiving. Was training two new people. One of her new people applied some high power cleaner on the stainless steel of my shower door and removed the finish. Charla came out and said she would replace my shower door after "the holidays". I had to contact her after New Years and she said she was busy. Today she told me that her husband would take apart my existing shower door and replace just the strip of stainless steel that was damaged. I told her I was not comfortable with this.

+ -1 moreShowed up on time, cleaned my home beautifully!!! Will definitely be using them again :) Used their own supplies. My house was cleaner than I could ever get it!!!

+ -1 moreI GUESS I LIKE THAT THEY SHOW UP ALL THE TIME. THEY DO THE WORK. THEY DO NOT VOLUNTEER TO TAKE ON EXTRA PROJECTS. FOR INSTANCE, THE BLINDS NEED TO BE CLEANED, BUT THEY DON'T VOLUNTEER TO DO THIS. THEY CLEAN SUPERFICIALLY.
Description of Work: THEY DO GENERAL CLEANING. VACUUMING, BATHROOMS & KITCHEN. OVERALL CLEANING. WHAT THEY CAN GET DONE IN THREE HOURS.
