This business is owner operated and takes pride in quality work. I'm new to the area, and formally served South Central Kansas and Reno, NV. I'll create an invoice for you on-site and email it to you for your convenience and records. I prefer payment immediately after services, but provide the option to mail payment within 30 days.

Services we offer

My tech services are mobile, direct to your home or office. Common services are as follows: virus/malware removal, fixing errors, removing pop-ups, cleaning out garbage software and speeding up the system. I'm very familiar with all versions of Windows, including 8.1, as well as Android and iOS devices. I will work on Macs, but I haven't spent much time on them (they usually have to go back to the Apple store if there's a problem). I also work on hardware and set up networks too.

Services we don't offer

I can't fix broken hardware that falls under the realm of a manufacturer repair. This is very common with laptops and mobile devices that have hardware problems. I'll be happy to let you know what the problem is, but I don't have access to those kinds of parts. Desktop PCs have replaceable parts, so it's not usually a problem there. I'm not a programmer, so I can't create software for you. I'm also not equipped with the tools necessary for data retrieval on a hard drive that has failed.
