In October, we signed for a year's service for our vacation home on the Oregon coast. Our home in Oregon is near an estuary and we were experiencing a rat problem. We live in the midwest. They said they would set the traps and go systematically around the house to plug any holes and find where they were getting in plus do any clean up. When we went to our house in February. Infrequent checking of the traps. Trying to sell us an elaborate system of blocking entry points to cost $12,000 to $15,000 for an 800 square foot area. No notification of the results of the visits. Giving advice about supposed dire electrical problems then suggesting an electrician friend to do the work. We investigated how to keep the rodents out and found a simple inexpensive solution of sealing the under portion of the house.
