Description of Work: Converted old heating system to ductless heat pump system. Third house we've done this one - then there is tax rebate for doing it. Schneidecker is a small business, prompt, efficient, and everyone loves the system he puts in.

+ -1 moreWe had a great experience using SCHNEIDECKER Heating and Air. Paul installed a Daikin in our home. He was very professional and personable. He listened to our concerns and patiently helped us find the perfect spot in our home to install the Daikin. I was not home during the installation, but was pleasantly surprised when I returned. It was the first time I had hired a contractor that I did not have to clean up after them. Because I was not home when the system was put in, Paul made a special trip to show me how to use it. He was honest and dependable. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you SCHNEIDECKER Heating and Air.
Description of Work: Installed a Diakin that we love more than we expected. Also, I agree with the other reviewer that the paperwork went very smoothly. They also informed me of any refund/tax breaks that were available.

+ -1 morePaul Schneidecker responded almost immediately and was out to the home within half an hour. He was unable to reach the manufacturer after 5 PM so we made an appointment for him to return on Saturday to repair. He called the next day and stated the manufacturer was contacted and they authorized him to replace the unit and not go through the process of trying to repair. We set up an appointment for that to occur within the week. I have no qualms that the installation of replacement will go as smoothly as the original install. Very pleased with the response time and his work. If things go awry I will update with a review of the installation but have no doubt it will not be necessary.
Description of Work: He installed 2 ductless heat pumps in February, 2014, and the paperwork and installation process went very smoothly. Couldn't have been more pleased. On May 1st the air conditioning was being used rather than the heat and one unit started making unusual noises and then spitting water, then ice. I immediately called this installer.
