+ -1 moreJan is really terrific! Even though we are 1 1/2 hours north of Newport, they always arrived on time or called with an update. The work was more extensive than we thought and it took 2 trips to complete the project. The cost was VERY reasonable considering how many hours it took. We have also called for help on the phone and Jan was able to tell us how to fix our problem without having to do a service call. Poolside Jan's really cares about the quality of their service and I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on our spa again.
Description of Work: Replaced and rebuilt jets in our outdoor spa, repaired pipes and service.

+ -1 moreIt was really good. I wasn't there the first time they did it, and they were supposed to have somebody explain everything, which they did the second time. The first person did a great job concerning cleaning the hot tub and keeping it up and running, however she wasn't good at explaining to my daughter what she was doing and how to do maintenance. They sent out another guy to service it and he also did a wonderful job, this time by explaining what he was doing so we would understand what needs to be done.
Description of Work: They cleaned the hot tub and refilled it and then they came out another time and serviced it. They also walked me through how to do it the second time.
