Landscaping, Hauling
I gave them money to do a job. He did part of the job and he kept the rest of the money and never complete it, and then I found out I was missing a lot of items from my yard. He took the actual timers for my water system. He took tools. I'm not happy with them. It didn't turn out very well.
I gave him money for the dump fees and offered two dump fees for his driver because that's when they began. So, I prepaid him the labor and I paid him for the dump fees. He did one dump run, didn't finish and kept the money. I've given him $200 at that same time because he said he needed to get is toxic. He took the money for both the lawn and the money to do the dumping. The timer is being missing. I paid over $1000 to having put those in and they took them, they were gone. It took a lot of lot that I found out was missing that I didn't know. I didn't even have anybody did the yard because I was so disappointed four months later. So, he could just say, well, somebody up here and how can I prove that. But, the actual amount that I gave him to do the dump run, he knows that I did, which was cash. I didn't do a check. Absolutely, he wasn't trustworthy. When he wants to do a good job, he can do an excellent job and but in other times, it's terrible.
I did give the money to do the job and he didn't do it, and he never finished the job and I never saw him again. The cost of the service is expensive for what he does. He is charging $25 an hour for landscaping fees and then I found out he is not a licensed landscaper. He does know what he is doing. He is actually a landscaper but there is days when he does a great job and there is days when he just walks through it. So, you'll never know what you're going to get. Their responsiveness is terrible.

He is good. He is busy, he as a few clients so you have to schedule an appointment to do the work. He is fast and really seems to know what he is doing.

The landscaper was professional and licensed. He was fabulous and a lot was done. It is pretty amazing. So far, he's been the best. He is wonderful and he even tells me if he can't show up. He works fast and really good.
