They were prompt at coming out to measure the window and providing the bid. The price to replace a 24X 16 single strenth glass in the garage seemed high ($101.53)but it was an insurance claim so I let that go rather than fixing it myslef as I could not repair the slider window myself. I asked when they came to measure and do the estimate that they also rpelace the screeen which had been bent. and damaged during the break in and was to,d no oproblem. I was not present when the work was done as this is a vacation home. The work was completed when I returened, I noted that the screen had not been replaced and that when the slider window glass was replaced smalll shards of glasswere left on the sill and around the vinyl window casing. I called and spoke to the receptionist who told me she would have a technician call me back. She also informed me that I had not been charged for the screen(true). When I mentioned I would be happy to pay for the cost for the screen she said there would be a charge for someone to come out and measure it. No one has ever called me, I left a voicemail for the technician who originally bid the job and asked for a call back mentioning the glass shards and indicating if I did not hear back I woudl file a complaint with Angies list. I would never use this company again, while I can live with the hiogher oprice and they were quick and repsonsive following our breakin, they did not complete the job nor clean up their mess(glass shards) and failed to measure and replace the screen as part of the original request or return my call addressing the complaint
