+ -1 moreThe newly repaired and resurfaced floors are beautiful. Plus, the labor intensive process of removing then RETURNING appliances and heavy pieces of furniture was masterfully completed. Everything was returned to original location (work crew took photos before removal). Work crews were punctual and professional and the company owner was frequently on site to monitor progress and offer valuable reassurance. A great deal of work was accomplished in a prompt manner by experienced craftsmen. BCM Hardwood Floors is a WINNER!!! Mrs. Ardeth Brown
Description of Work: Removed our water damaged oak floor in kitchen and laundry room, replaced and refinished water damaged area then refinished floors throughout our ENTIRE house. Because the original solid oak floors are 9 years old, it was not possible to "perfectly" match the newly stained area to the adjacent undamaged area. Thus, all furniture had to be moved to enable resurfacing throughout (including hallways, closets and bathrooms).
