I have moved numerous times over the years, and this is the most disappointing realtor experience I’ve had so far. I purchased new construction using Tahnee Peterson of Willcuts Company Realtors. During the construction and follow-on negotiations, there was little communication or follow-up throughout. Several expected follow-up phone calls were never received, and it seemed that I was the one who always had to call her back. Additionally, I was expecting her to convey and follow-up on certain information regarding closing costs that I explained to her from day one. Sure enough, a more than $2000 seller credit due me did not get allocated as I needed and was effectively nullified/lost. (I did bring up this particular issue with one of the principal brokers at Willcuts Company Realtors afterwards - no resolution or compensation.) My agent did not show up for closing or call/email to let me know she was not going to be there. She was late for the walk-thru inspection. After the initial contract was signed, it seemed there was a general lack of interest or motivation by my agent. I felt she did not provide the attention to detail mentioned on the website or work to ensure my best interest was completely met. Tahnee and others at Willcuts Company Realtors were very friendly though, and I am very happy with the home.

Matt Willcuts was excellent and walked us through the whole process. Matt sold our old home and helped us find a new one. He is very professional, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend hiring him.
