Great job! Timely, cost effective, and I will rehire Mike as my needs dictate.

Mike quoted $600 to install a hot water circulator so we could get hot water to our taps faster. We had a date for him to come. He called and asked if he could come a couple of days after that. I said no problem. He never showed up. I called and left messages, he never called me back. Unimpressive to say the least!

They quoted me an amount to repair/replace my septic system that was so high that I sought out another provider who quoted an amount more that two thirds less than what Titan wanted to charge me and the other provider did an excellent job. The other provider also knew the local regulations in Clark County and Titan didn't. Maybe septic sytems isn't their thing.

Mike from Titan Plumbing did an outstanding job. I called, and he came to the house within an hour to fix the leak. His quality of work was great. He also told me reasons why the leak occurred and was so thorough with his explanation and his work I called him back a week later as I needed him to write a statement for my insurance. He wrote the statement, and the insurance called me, to tell me they would be helping pay for the damages the leak caused. Thank you Titan Plumbing Company!
