i was very disappointed in the fact that they not only missed the appointment but made no attempt to contact me. i gave them both my home number and my cell number.
Description of Work: I called to have a technician to come to my home to help with an exterior door installation. The scheduler gave me an appointment for the following afternoon or, if their technician couldn't make it then, for the morning after. He didn't come either time and I didn't receive a call of any kind from the door company. I called once more and left a message requesting a clarification of the appointment time and received no call back.
