 + -1 moreI called Savage about a sprinkler system bid on 5/14/18. I spoke with Doug, he said he could come out the next day and look at the job. Met Doug 5/15/18 and looked over the job and said he would get me a quote. So far so good. A week later on 5/22 I called Doug and asked when I should expect a quote and he told me he'd have it to me the next day. It's almost three weeks and crickets so far..I don't think I would be comfortable doing business with a company I have to chase down to get a quote. Imagine contacting them if you had a problem?

Description of Work: I use Savage Sprinkler Services for lawn irrigation services. I use them twice a year. They are very confident, they get the job done, very pleasant to talk to. I had a leak show up and we all thought it was a bad sprinkler head and it turned out to be a broken pipe. A tree had destroyed one of the pipes and he took care of it.
