Description of Work: Phillips pump installed a new submersible pump and temporary pressure tank in a new well. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work in less than 4 hours. They were very pleasant and professional. |The only criticism that I have is that sometimes it takes a while to get a return e-mail or phone call from them, but I also understand that they are extremely busy and that the nature of their work involves some unpredictable emergency work.

+ -1 moreRemoved old well pump and replaced 13 sections of galvanized pipe, defective undersized wiring and a new submersible well pump. They were quick to respond and did a great job. I was very happy that I chose them to do the work for me

+ -1 moreScott, like Phil before him, knows his stuff. He services the two wells at our equestrian center and the well at home. Everything is done once and done right. Within the last few years, Scott has upgraded the pump at the equestrian center to run on 480V power, replaced the well pump at the house, installed a large storage tank and pump at the equestrian center, and installed high efficiency, solid state, synchronous motor controllers for the wells at both locations. When I have well or pump issues, I know who to call.
Description of Work: Well pump maintenance and upgrades.

Description of Work: The service technician came promptly on time, he listened to the information we provided about the symptoms we were experiencing with our well pump and pressure tank. He quickly had some initial assessment but completed full assessment. He replaced the well pump control box and pressure tank switch and re-pressurized the pressure tank to correct level. He also gave us good coaching on what the appropriate pressure level should be and how to regular maintain the pressure tank. We were impressed with his technical knowledge, his communication skill ( low key and unassuming) and that he came obviously prepared to complete the job. He had brought a new pressure tank with him in the event we needed a replacement but his assessment was that with the repairs he provided our current pressure tank is in good shape. He saved us $$$ and was professional and helpful. Since his visit our water pressure and well pump are working great

+ -1 moreAfter another company told me I needed to replace the pressure tank immediately for an estimated cost of $1500 I called around for a second opinion. Eventually a plumber told me Phillips was good. When I called them the responded promptly, came out on time. Immediately identified the problem as a leaking cap, replaced it and recharged the tank for a reasonable fee. Very honest, knowledgeable and professional.
Description of Work: Pressure tank for well was not working. Contacted a highly rated plumbing service that came out, changed out the valve and thought they had it fixed. Didn't hold. They told me I needed to replace the pressure tank right away at an estimated cost of $1500. I called around and got good referrals to Phillips Pump. Got Scott to come look, he just changed the cap and recharged the tank for $120 and it seems to be holding fine. Very honest, knowledgeable and professional.
