It was very good. They came in, they did the work that they quoted me. They did an extra without charging me extra so they did extra work for free. I'd say that if you need someone to come in and do something you can't do yourself, they're definitely a good company to go to.

We had a power outage and I had a bunch of questions about resetting the system. They were able to walk me through the rebooting process and everything went great. Every time I need them they are always friendly and available. His name Jeremiah and he is just incredible.

Very concise and did everything he could to make it a flawless installation.

Don, and the Lewis Audio crew at every point were on time and on budget. They arrived early on a Friday morning. The two man crew installed ceiling speakers in the living room, dining and patio. They also installed surround sound speakers in my home theater. New surround sound equipment and zone switching boxes were incorporated with my existing equipment. They rewired and helped reorganize my equipment. They worked continually with only a short thirty minute break for lunch. They were neat and clean and made an extra effort to make things right. At the end of the day, they took time to show how everything worked. I am very pleased and will go back when I need to upgrade.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ELECTRONICS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. WE EVEN HAD THEM WIRE UP SPEAKERS AROUND OUR DECK. THIS WILL COME IN HANDY WHEN WE ARE OUTSIDE; WE WILL STILL BE ABLE TO HAVE OUR TUNES.

WE PURCHASED OUR THEATER SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY AS WELL AND THEN ALSO HIRED THEM TO COME OUT TO OUR HOME AND INSTALL IT FOR US. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF KNOWING WHAT SOUNDED BEST AND WHERE TO PLACE ALL OF THE COMPONENTS.
