 + 0 moreA month and a half into the service contract and Alex has caught 19 moles in our yard so far. We still have a few rebel moles hanging out there in the periphery of the yard but it is incredible how much of a difference if makes to not have the moles messing up my vegetables and my other landscape plants. Alex comes twice a week as conditions permit and he is easy to work with and he does his best to accommodate his customers' requests when possible and realistic. He charged us $150 set up fee and $35 per mole caught. We should have called him before the mole population got to be so bad! It is very much worth it.
Description of Work: I called Alex to get rid of the mole infestation in our yard.

 + -1 moreLove this company! Alex was Professional, quick and efficient! Even when we had another mole pop up he came right back set the trap and within a day the mole was caught! Our mole problem is finally under control! Thank you! We will definitely use them in the future!

 + -1 moreA very pleased repeat customer. Woke up the other day to several dirt mounds and knew the moles were back from a two year hiatus. I have used this company before because they are prompt, reliable, and they get the unpleasant job done. Within 48 hours, Alex had scheduled an appointment to come out, had set several mole traps, and captured our first culprit. He is coming back next week to see if there are any more. I'm not sure what else I could have asked for. Definitely an "A" in my book.

 + -1 moreThe company sent out a person who evaluated the mole issue in my lawn. He set several traps and checked them twice per week for two or three weeks. One trap was eventually sprung, but no mole caught; however, no mole activity since then. We presume that the mole must have been injured by the trap and likely crawled into a tunnel and died. The company representative said he thinks the mole problem is solved, but to give them a call if I notice any recurrent mole activity. The deal that I paid for through Angie's list provides service for six months, so I have until December to see if any more mole trouble occurs.

 + 0 moreIt took awhile to catch the gopher, as he was wily, but they were diligent and succeeded. After several months of no activity, we now have another one and I called Gopher Patrol up and they will be here Thursday to set new traps. They are polite, conscientious and just really nice guys to work with. Great company!
Description of Work: We had a critter decimating our landscaping. I couldn't believe one gopher could do so much damage. We called Gopher Patrol and they came out the same week, set traps and then checked the traps regularly until they caught it.

 + -1 moreGreat! Fabulous! Did the job, exdeeded all my expectations! Matt came out the day after setting the traps and has already caught one of the critters doing all the damage to my landscaping. This was quite a reduction to my stress level and actually an overall cost-savings since I now don't have to go out and buy all those bombs, baits and poisons that weren't doing the job anyways! Leave it to the professionals! Sound advise from an appreciative customer.
Description of Work: Matt came out and assessed our situation. We had several mole hills and tunnels in our front yard and flower beds all around the house. They promptly set several traps in various locations and we waited.

 + -1 moreThey ended up concluding that our circumstances really favor the moles, and recommended that ongoing guerilla warfare on our part is probably the best strategy (as opposed to hiring them). They were kind enough to leave us a couple of traps that we hadn't used before.

 + -1 moreGopher Patrol was very responsive via phone and in person. After the initial assessment and agreement to purchase their services, they set 2 traps. I let them know they could stop by any time to monitor them (no need to make an appointment). In once case, they left a note that 1 was found and removed. For the 2nd trap, I called them when I discovered it was ready for removal. They came over within a day or two. Since then, I have not required their services, however, I will certainly use them again if need be.

 + -1 moreThey set multiple traps, and monitored them every day or two; then sent a bill at the end of the month for the surveillance and the 1st two moles removed. I will call if additional moles infiltrate the lawn. Very professional in all.
Description of Work: The original contract for mole surveillance and removal was $150/3 months. The company then (unsolicited by me) added another month's services as a special offer. Then I pay $35 per mole removed (2 so far).

 + 0 moreWe were very pleased with the promptness of their response. Had someone out next day. You pay a retainer of $150 for them to come out 2 times a week (if necessary) to check and reset traps and remove animals that are caught. We have not had any mole or gopher holes in grass since we contracted with them. If there is no activity they will not come twice a week unless you notice activity and call them. Very nice, personable and effective.

 + -1 moreSo far, they're consistent. Whenever we find that there's some damage, they're pretty good about coming out right away. One time, I didn't even know he was here, he just kind of showed up and left. The clean-up is pretty decent. They usually dump down the big old dirt piles and if there's anything that they find, they take it with them. I think it's very good. I think it's excellent. There is no complaint. They were on time. There were no complaints from my husband. They're very professional.

They come back regularly to check the traps and stick with it until they catch the moles. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to use them going forward.

 + -1 moreHappy with the results. I pay a yearly fee of $150 which allows me to call them whenever I see activity in my yard. For each gopher or mole caught, it is $35.00. It is not cheap. However, several years ago, they took out nearly 50 gophers in one summer. Each year, the number dwindles. The last time I called them was in May 2014. I have not seen any further activity since that time. That being said, some years the gophers are more active than other years. All in all, I am pleased with Gopher Patrol.
Description of Work: Gopher Patrol sets traps and returns the following week to remove traps if gopher has been caught. their method is effective. While you cannot ever totally eliminate gophers from you property, they indeed help keep them under control.

 + 0 moreIn less than two weeks the two traps that were set did the job and it has been over a year now and I have not had one sign of gophers. This company knows what they are doing and are efficient at it. I would use them again, thoroughly impressed.
Description of Work: Provider responded immediately to my email and gave me a phone number to reach his associate in my area. The associate got right back to me. This was a Friday and he advised me he is in my area on Tuesdays so we set a time to meet. He showed up when expected and was completely professional in his explanation of what he would be doing and the services provided. He was dressed neatly and showed up in a nice clean and newer looking company truck. We walked my property and the associate explained where the traps would be set and why. He was knowledgeable about the habits of the gopher and the whys and hows of trapping them. Then he asked if I had any questions about their contract, I signed it, and he told me he would be back every other Tuesday for 6 months. He estimates one maybe two gophers are invading the land above my home and there will be a $35.00 charge to remove and dispose of the gophers found per trap.

 + -1 moreBefore coming out, they were very helpful in answering my questions. Once they came out, they set a few traps. They came out the next week to check them and had already caught the mole. They left the traps for another week just to make sure that there was only one. When they came back, there weren't any more moles and so they took out the traps. Their service fee is for 6 months so if I see another mole during this time, they will come back out and charge $35/mole.

 + -1 moreWe have fields surrounding our beautiful grassed front yard. Huge gopher mounds started popping up everywhere. Gopher Patrol got right to it. Rob got rid of the critters in our yard and keeps them at bay! He always calls to let me know he's coming. And the traps are safely set, so our dogs, who run free throughout the property are not in danger of being hurt. We are very thankful for the Gopher Patrol team, especially Rob!
