The place was a mess from the previous owners, and Dust-B-Gone did a good job, but we hoped for a little more. We told them that we wanted them to focus on kitchen and bathrooms (top to bottom of these rooms only, then get to other stuff if there's time). Two people came, the owner and a rookie. Our time slot was scheduled for the end of the day, so they weren't able to put in any "extra" time unfortunately. Also, they didn't bring a mop, toilet brush, or paper towels, and had to ask for these items. We hadn't moved them to the new house yet, so they had to improvise. Perhaps they could have gotten more accomplished if they had come with these items? Seemed like the owner sent the rookie to do the grunt work in the bathrooms the entire time while the owner spent a decent amount of time dusting the whole house (while needing to be done, this was NOT a priority for us). Anyway, what they did, they did a good job of, but we had hoped that cabinets and walls of the kitchen and baths could have been cleaned as well...in 8 man hours (4 hours between them) they only did the toilets, tub/showers, floors, and kitchen range)...they were pretty dirty, but again, just expected a bit more. Glad I got a discount through Angie's list, probably would rate a bit lower if I had paid full price.

Very happy with the services of Dust-B-Gone. They cleaned our wood blinds on all the windows, sinks, tubs, etc. Extremely polite and professional. We were actually home when they cleaned, and they were able to works around us with no problems. We would definitely have them service our home again.

I specifically asked if the inside of the cupboards were going to be cleaned, and she confirmed. There were crumbs in the drawers and cupboards of the kitchen. They said they did exteriors of appliances, but the top of the fridge hadn't been cleaned at all. They did clean the tracts of the windows and window sills.

Bonnie and crew of 2 arrived and after a short walk through to communicate what I wanted done, they set to work. This was a "Big Deal", so there were a certain number of hours pre-paid. They completed the work to my satisfaction within the allotted time. My kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner than they have been in a while. I have not used cleaning services in the past, so I don't have much experience in this, but I would not hesitate to call Dust-B-Gone again. NOTE: I don't remember the exact price, so the $125 is a guess.

They're good. They're efficient, they came in and cleaned my house and locked it up when they were leaving. Everything was fine. They're a great company to work with, efficient, hadd good prices and they get the job done. They're flexible about entering your home.

They came out with in 2 weeks of purchasing the big deal. They were very ethical and we received the services as promised for the price that was quoted. The supervisor was knowledgeable and efficient. She did some of the work herself after giving guidance to her staff. They were not intrusive and cleaned the areas that we had asked them to work on. The work was satisfactory in all of the places and excellent in a couple of the rooms. Our house had been unattended and really needed the deep cleaning that we had purchased. We were happy with the service. The price was everything that I would have expected. They did good on the stair carpet, but they did not dust the pictures on the wall. They were here when they promised they would be and they were ready to work. I would use them again.

When I got home the house looked great and made my 4 day weekend a relaxing one. They did a great job deep cleaning and I will have them do it again.

They were punctual. The house was in need of a deep clean, and they did just that!! It was very clean when they left. They seemed to know what products to use on which surface. I would use them again.

Fantastic experience. Bonnie is extremely personable and when she says deep clean, she means it. They were courteous and worked very hard the entire time they were here. Hardwood floors shined, bathrooms sparkled, and there was not a speck of dust or a cobweb left anywhere! I'd highly recommend this company,and I definitely plan on using them again in the future!!

Bonnie and her team are the best! I had two other cleaners before them and although they did a nice job the work done by this team in more thorough. I would and have referred her to friends.

Our previous house cleaner retired so we were looking for a new house cleaner. After reading reviews on Angie's List we gave Dust-B-Gone a try. Bonnie came with two helpers who she was training. Overall they did a pretty good job but my wife noticed some areas that were missed. This might have been due to three people all doing parts of different cleaning jobs. We were looking for a single cleaner that we could develop a relationship with so we chose a different cleaner to clean our home on a regular basis.

I was very pleased with both the responsiveness and the quality of this service. I recommend them highly and will call on them again myself.

I could not be happier with the service I have received from Dust-B-Gone. We have two cats who cannot seem to understand how to clean up after themselves. However, the staff at Dust-B-Gone deals with the mess pets can sometimes make with no problem at all, and everything is sparkling by the time they leave. It is a pleasure to walk through the house and see it restored to its best state. In addition, Dust-B-Gone is very professional. They show up at the appointed time or call to let me know that they will be early or late. I cannot recommend their services highly enough!

The cleaning team, mother and daughter, arrived on time and had cleaning supplies with them. They started in the kitchen and it has never looked better! Even though the bathroom is sort of under construction, they made it look great. The woodwork in our house now sparkles. I would highly recommend them.

They are very professional, thorough, and your house looks emulated when they are finished.
