Dust-B-Gone

Cleaned the kitchen, wiped dust off of cupboards, cleaned bathroom, cleaned hardwood floors, wiped down woodwork. Extra kudos to Dust Be Gone and Bonnie for whitening the kitchen sink and for making the glass on the inside of the oven door look like new. Very pleasant, efficient and professional. I plan to hire them again.

They came in and cleaned her huge kitchen from top to bottom, cleaned all blinds, dusted living area & vacuumed. My mother is very happy with the service & plans on having them clean regularly.

Bonnie quoted me a price per hour over the phone and we were able to set up a date to do the job within a few days which was really nice. Her crew arrived right on time. They brought everything they needed and tackled the job with ladders and strong cleaning agents. They were very detailed in their work and found all sorts of things in the drawers that had been left behind by the previous occupants. All of the cabinets now look so much cleaner. We now feel like we can unpack in a clean environment. Bonnie and her crew even took the time to clean the hardwood floors which was extra nice. Her crew did a great job and we couldn't believe how reasonable her rates are. We would definitely hire her crew again for both move-in/move-out jobs as well as routine cleanings.

Overall it went great. There some definite details i disagreed with and so i stopped using that service. I used their service for 6 month.

The floor behind the headboard of my bed was not cleaned at all. I specifically asked them to do this! Their service is OK, but not spectacular.

The first time they came to clean only the upper level, and I was very happy with the job they did. Everything was clean and the house smelled great. I was particularly impressed with the shiny clean toilets, showers, and kitchen stove. I asked them to return and clean both floors, and again they did a fabulous job, even though one of the team members had gotten sick before they arrived and had to be taken home. What they did could be termed spring cleaning. I will use them from now on regularly, and would recommend them to anyone.

I am delighted with Dust B Gone! For about a year, I'd been using another cleaning service out of Hillsboro. They were expensive, so I had them come once a month at the cost of $240 dollars a visit. A cost that seemed about the same as other companies I called. At first, they spent about four hours here (2 people X 4 = $30/hr). Then, over the course of several months, that time dropped to two or two and a half hours (2 people X 2 = $60/hr). I was paying them more per hour than some IT consultants get from a company!! I felt cheated and their work was sorely lacking. I called Dust B Gone. They came out and said they could do my house for $85, but they wanted to do it every other week. That was fine by me. Since then, they have come regularly and stayed until the job was done. Since I live in a rural area, I don't expect perfection each time, but they do a really nice job. My husband and I work from home. We highly value the fact that we can count on them to come and that they call if they are going to be late. We also appreciated the fact that we aren't working so many hours to cover the cost.

It was just fine. Three ladies came out and they worked for about two and a half hours. It came out to plenty of work and that was nice. I just wanted to try them one time and I did. I just don't need someone every week. They moved around the things that they could. They were new at it and the one gal was teaching the other ones the system, or how systematic she is. It was kind of interesting to see. It turned out fine. The pricing was fair. They were on time and they were very professional. I probably would use them again.

The service was fine. The only downside is that she used something that I was allergic with. I wish that she communicated that to me first. I hope she contacts the supplier for allergies to the chemicals. The cleaning was awesome. She did a great job. The price is very appropriate. There were times that I will have to call to confirm my appointment.

They did an ok job but could have done a little better on those areas. Very pleasant staff and maybe I could have pointed out what needed to be addressed on my (quick) inspection.

Good, but I felt that it was not as thorough as I would have liked

Their work was excellent. Nearly perfect. They also gave advice on which cleaning products were best. They were punctual and used the full time that was scheduled efficiently. They were polite and thorough. We definitely recommend them and we intend to have them come back to clean for us again some time. I put N/A for the price because this was an Angie's List Big Deal so we didn't pay them directly.

They were late but kept me informed about it. They did a great job cleaning overall; the work was for 4 hours although they finished in 90 minutes (3 workers). They did miss cleaning some things: Sweeping/vacuuming were not done to two small closets upstairs, carpeted stairs, stairs going down to basement, dusting of bottom of large dining room table, window sills, could have been more detailed in washing floors in one bedroom/kitchen/sink. Some of these were not pointed out specifically by me so if you hire them you should be very specific about what you want cleaned. I suggest that they asked the owner if not sure whether something needs cleaning or not. Another half hour to clean what was not cleaned would have earned this company an A.

Bonnie, Dianne and Summer arrived on time and did lower level of my house in less than 2 hours. They were professional and pleasant. All areas cleaned were done very well. The wooden floor in my family room, which I had been unable to clean effectively was completely restored. The stains, spills, waterspots and other problems I had been unable to clean were cleaned completely. Very happy with that and the job generally. I can't afford weekly service but I will try to call on them from time to time to help me with cleaning chores.

Bonnie & her team (Dust-B-Gone), are very professional & do a GREAT job cleaning. My home was very dirty from years of not keeping up with the everyday cleaning. With a family of 4, & a dog & cat that live inside with us the home gets very dirty. The first things I really wanted Bonnie and her team to clean besides the normal type house cleaning was our wood blinds that had dust caked on them from lack of cleaning, the oven which had not been cleaned in years and was embarrassment to even open and show her, cupboards washed down & polished, Master Bath Shower which was stained & had huge soap build-up, baseboards & doors (all white needed cleaned), walls, the list goes on...... Dust-B-Gone came in and cleaned just about everything I really wanted cleaned plus the basic house cleaning on Dec. 19th. I was very impressed with the team. The house looked so nice & I enjoyed coming home to a CLEAN house. I have since hired Dust-B-Gone to come every other week now, to clean my 2400 sq.ft house & to help me keep up with the everyday cleaning that I don't have time to do. Now, that the house is getting cleaner, little things start to pop out at you. I leave a note for Bonnie and her team takes care of it. I can't tell you enough how GREAT it is to come home to a clean house & have it smell so good. I own my own business, have a dog & cat, & family. After working all day, doing the shopping & fixing meals, I don't have the time or desirer to clean. I will note that I am very picky of my house cleaners & they do pass. I highly recommend them.

Thorough kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, living room and family room cleaning. Floors and appliances were spotless. Whole house smelled fresh and clean.

I had purchased a Big Deal in May, and Bonnie called me to remind me it was time to use it. They were delayed at another customer's by 1h1/2 but called to let me know when to expect them. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and non-intrusive. The areas cleaned were left spick & span.

I found her on Angie's list and called her on the phone. She managed to fit me in her schedule within the week and did a great job cleaning my house. The product she used did well and she gave me a little education on the side about products to make my cleaning easier. I will continue to use her to maintain my home. Well done!

The ladies showed up, worked well, did a good job. They were friendly, professional, I would hire again.

They did an excellent job. Everything looked great! I was very pleased that they cleaned some of the blinds that needed it the most. I wasn't expecting this to be included in the package we bought.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went well. It was fine, very good. They did not get around to everything we wanted them to do within the 7 hours, but it was fine. It was a dirty house when they got around to it. They did what they could do in 7 hours, but it was not a deep cleaning. We have a big house and they did not get to everything we had hoped they did. They got to the bathrooms and did a good job on what they worked on.

Bonny and team showed up promptly as promised (extremely accommodating time for me as I am expecting and needed cleaning prior to my due date). My home was cleaned with care, sparkling bathrooms, dust free surfaces, shiny floors, vacuumed carpets (even my deep shaggy area rugs), kitchen surfaces I could eat off... of even books neatly arranged on the shelf! My favorite part was pet hair cleaned off of the living room furniture, SO nice. I will definitely call Bonny again.

They were fast and efficient.

Bonnie is very nice to deal with and she is a fabulous and meticulous cleaner. I loved how clean things were when she left and wished they could stay that way longer! Since it was for 7 man hours they had to come as a team, and her partner for the day was in training and still learning the ropes (the only downside) but I guess that would happen with any business. I would definitely recommend Bonnie's superior cleaning skills and use her again. She has a way of leaving everything so clean you can't help but be happier in your house!
