Bonnie came to bid on the job before going on vacation she then worked me into the schedule and they did and fantastic house my house has never looked so clean.

Amazing results! I would sing from the rooftop, if possible, to express our pleasure at the quality of the work. The home literally shines! We have a large family, with pets, and the house looks 5 years "younger." Thanks so much for the facelift! If they agree, after such a long, hard day of work, we will hire again.

This company was very accommodating to the many changes in our schedule that were due to a house closing. When they arrived for cleaning I presented a list of things to her that I needed assistance with and everything on that list was met. I look forward to calling them back when things get a little more settled for a regular house cleaning.

We were pleased with what they were able to do. The short story is we spoke with the owner manager person and had made arrangements that they come out that is just a one of our work crews comes out to our place every other Tuesday and does a clean up. They will be here next Tuesday. They tend to keep us informed if anything different is wanted that is say for example if they have somebody become sick and they have to shift their coverage they let us know and they actually ask if it would be okay if they shifted the time frame of their appointment with us so they don't just like have something come up and then impose the schedule change or neglect to tell us. We have found them affordable. They were responsive and within few hours I get a call back and then we talk about what is the reason I am calling. I would use them in the future.

It was fine. Not exceptional. Two areas of concern were not addressed after several requests. Seemed like a lot of turnover, except one; she was great!

It was not that great. My gas top range when they cleaned the little ceramic plates that go over the glass was scrubbed too hard and it took off the finish. That's my basic complaint. I just wouldn't use them again. The price was good.

The owner of the business was one of the cleaners and she was a real gem! She worked very hard and did in-depth cleaning and really knew her stuff! She showed me techniques and products that I could use in the future to help keep things up. She was very pleasant and had a "can do" attitude about everything. Her helper seemed somewhat less committed to the same level of thoroughness, but did an acceptable job. They arrived on time and did everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire this company again, but I would insure that the owner was part of the cleaning team at the time.

Great. The house was squeaky clean after the last appt. we now have the company twice a month. It took a few visits to get my particularities sorted out, but they worked with us very well.

They did a great job. I had significant staining on my shower and toilets due an issue with my water softener failing. They did a great job of getting them back into shape. I have 3 large dogs who are fond of shedding and they successfully removed the fuzz. Their work was thorough and cheerful. They were efficient and left my home sparkling. Great experience!

A+ DBG/Bonnie had cleaned for me before under a Big Deal and did a great job so I eagerly bought the recent Big Deal. As before DBG did a fabulous job dusting and cleaning my house. I have been on light duty for a bad back so the house needed cleaning badly. They did it. As before, I was especially pleased with the floors. The crew was professional and hardworking, punctual and polite. Good communications and easy to schedule. I plan to ask DBG to clean for me on a regular basis.
