Description of Work: Deep cleaning of a 3000 sq ft house, 2 levels. Dust B Gone was very courteous and punctual. They did an excellent job cleaning our 100 year old farm house. It looks and smells clean! We will definitely have them clean our house on a regular basis.

Description of Work: I needed a rental house cleaned for a new renter, and I was on a tight schedule. Bonnie was able to fit me into her schedule on the only day the rental was available to be cleaned. She and her team did a great job, and made great recommendations for the types of things that should be cleaned in a rental, as I am still learning. I thought they provided a great service at a good value. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They accommodated my request to change the date that I had previously scheduled. It was the busy holiday season and they were running a little late because they were shorthanded. Three people were very efficient and did a nice job. I had to leave before they were done, but they completed the job and locked the house. When I came home, everything looked very nice and I had compliments on it at a dinner party I gave the next night.

Description of Work: I have used the service twice in the recent past, and have noticed that something significant has been missed each time, ( the first time a bathroom, second time some dusting). I will do a better job of pointing out things that are important to me and the floor plan in hopes that this next appointment (Wednesday the 13th of August) will lead to better results.

Description of Work: They called and confirmed their arrival in the morning of the day they were scheduled for. They did a great job on the deep cleaning of some shower doors with awful soap/hard water deposits and a cooktop with some pretty bad stains. I was very pleased with their work and will hire them for deep cleaning tasks in the future.

Description of Work: Overall did a good job. Arrived on time, worked on agreed areas of house. Pleasant surprise - cleaned off sliding glass door which had lots of pet paw marks on it. Wood furniture, including piano and table looked nice, as did carpet. Odd omission - didn't dust top of refrigerator or top of oven exhaust (which I thought was odd, but then I'm tall). And dust/cleaning of outlet covers was done in some places, not others. A lot to do and they may have run out of time.

Description of Work: Bonnie and her team cleaned so thoroughly right down to every corner. Dust-B-Gone is the best housecleaning service I have used. They really exceeded my expectations. I've arranged to have Dust-B-Gone clean my home on a regular basis.

Description of Work: She cleaned the condo and did a good job moving and cleaning the rugs. |The kitchen counter top was not clean everywhere. They missed a good portion. the owner is not customer service oriented. I asked for possibility of cleaning every 5 weeks and she said No! I would say that is not very customer service oriented. They were off on their time that it took and they were about an hour late. The owner is very difficult to get in touch with. She does not return phone calls in a timely fashion. However, they did clean most everything I asked about. Once you can get in touch with her, she is a nice person. She should have gone over what she cleaned and told me about what she could not clean, etc. It was very rushed in the end. I would have like her to go over things that were clean and tell me about stuff..but it was a Big Deal from Angie's List and I guess you do not get the detail that you might otherwise get.
