PEPE LE PHEW SEWER & DRAIN

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! I am currently contacting attorneys because of their poor workmanship and major damage they did to our travel trailer. After they botched a simple unclogging job in which they blew my toilet right off of the floor, (praise the Lord no sewage came out), They assured me it was fixed, billed me and that was that. That was on Feb 21st. Today I came home to find the toilet blown up off of the floor again, only this time my toilet was sticking out off of the floor about 4-5 inches and the smell was horrible. I called these guys and told them that they needed to come back and repair this job immediately, and was told they would be there at around 12pm the next day. The owner called me back only to exclaim in a very defensive tone that he recalled the incident, and that it was MY! fault only to be told “F@&$ you.”

The gentleman arrived early and went right to work. He asked the right questions, and took the time to listen to my response. He had the whole matter dealt with in 30 minutes. I am glad we used Pepe le Phew.

I originally used Pepe Le Pew to have a septic line for an old house auger out. I was satisfied with the work. However two years later the tenant was having problems with slow drainage and I ask her to contact the company directly where she would have to be home when the service was performed. All he snaked was the toilet. He did not snake the line from the house to the main septic line. I had to go out the next week and snake the line myself. When I called him to inform of that I had to snake the line, he immediately blamed the tenant and her description of the problem and then blamed me for not calling him back to re-report the problem. He said his policy was to go back out free of charge. However he did not offer to refund all or part of the 5 minute - $85 service charge. I won't be calling him back as I feel part of his job is to clarify what the problem is, whether it's acute or chronic and how much of the drain system is being affected.
