We bought a new-construction house on a well, and the well had a number of problems. The water itself (bad taste, staining and clogging plumbing) and the pressure (plumbing would rattle and pressure would be very high and very low). Travis and Zeb solved all of these problems and were thoughtful and conscientious during the entire process. We ended up needing a pressure tank, a pressure-release valve, and a filtration system. We are thrilled with everything they did. Our house is so much nicer to live in now. The water filtration was the trickiest. We had talked to other providers who thought we had iron bacteria and offered expensive systems without doing any lab tests. Travis did both onsite tests and lab tests, confirming we didn't have bacteria and consulting with filter providers on how best to deal with the problems we did have (iron and manganese). He set us up with test filtration systems at the house to make absolutely sure the filtration system we bought would clear up the water. In the interim, he was available by phone and email to answer all of our questions about system design, installation, and maintenance. We can't say enough about how much we appreciate their work.
