 + -1 moreDon came out and picked-up the chaise sectional chair to take back to his shop, which was nice since we did not have a vehicle to do this. He delivered the finished product early and on budget as we agreed to, and the work was exceptional. Would not think twice about hiring Don again.

Description of Work: I do not have my furniture back yet. The original estimate was two weeks starting 3/30. There have been multiple delays. I will finish the review after I see the results. | |The quote came very quickly. Emails are answered very promptly. | |The provider did not keep us informed about the delays. Sometimes delay cannot be helped, but the provider should reach out and report the delay rather than waiting to be contacted by the customer. | |Our furniture was finally delivered. This was a very unusual set of furniture. The one aspect that I really wanted them to understand and get right was the attached lumber pillows. When they picked up the furniture I went over it with each of them, and they drew a sketch, drew an ink line on the foam insert of the existing furniture. The pillows had been crushed down over the years . This is a sofa, love and chair, 5 seat/lumbar cushions. The are not what I asked for and incredibly they are not all the same. | |These are very nice people and they seem to care and work hard, but in my experience I cannot recommend them for out of the ordinary work.

 + -1 moreCathy provided excellent service from start to finish! From providing detailed up front quotes for her services to the final delivery, she was excellent to work with. Her services went above and beyond when she offered to meet me at the location where the furniture was being stored, bringing all her samples with her and helping me to choose the best fabric option for my piece. She picked up the furniture (I was expecting to have to find a way to load it and haul it myself so this was a HUGE plus!) and delivered it back to my home address in time for my office remodel to be complete. The piece looks AMAZING! The craftsmanship and quality well exceeded my expectations and I know that Cathy's team went above and beyond to make the piece not only look beautiful, but also have sturdy bones and excellent cushioning so it will last for years to come. I will definitely be using her services in the future next time I have something that needs to be reupholstered.

Description of Work: Currently reupholstering a bed settee, and kindly keeping the settee until my remodel is completed. Have previously reupholstered a loveseat which was done very nicely. Cathy transports the furniture as well so is providing a very convenient service.
