Thank you for your feedback. Looks like we have some things to work on to better serve you next time. Trouble shooting old electric valves can be challenging, but rather than recommend you paying full price for a new valve, we felt the best way to proceed was to at least try and repair it. After the 3rd service call it was evident we weren't going to fix the valve. In good faith Shiloh Water Systems wrote off the three service calls, and gave you the valve at our cost. (Retail price is $1,200) Replacing expensive major components without first troubleshooting is not how we do business. We make every effort to do what's financially best for our customers. And when it is determined replacement is the only option, we proceed accordingly.

Description of Work: Replaced pressure tank, added 2' charcoal filter and sediment bag filter, advised and provided estimates on water improvement options. Work was completed in a reasonable time with good results, money saved when they determined a smaller tank would perform satisfactorily in place of a larger one. This work was done in preparation for selling my Father's house; I am planning to contact them again to quote a water softener for my own house.
