this company contacted us within 30 minutes of my signing up ,and came out within 2 days.They were very cordial , understanding of our situation. (we use the well water to supply our boarding stable). How ever our problem is not yet solved not due in any part to their ability but to the lack of water in the well at this time.We will be scheduling another visit to add a holding tank.

Overall very professional , understood my situation and preformed the work in a timely manner on installing a new water sterilization system with no problems . I would recommend their services .

Took the time to analyze the problem, then suggested how to proceed with the fix even though it did not involve his company. Had all of the tools and parts to analyze the main problem, then fix a few minor maintenance issues.

Service guy was great! Helpful advice was given to extend the work - really needed a new tank but we couldn't afford right now. We appreciated that he didn't upsell other services & helped us plan for getting a tank later when we can afford it.

the owner/installer listened to my needs of type of system and suggested a tank-and-pump combination which matched my previous usage at another location. He picked a pump which runs quiet and smooth, and a bladder tank which lets the pump run only when the pressure reduces, so it doesn't have to run continuously. I like that. He knows his business and you can trust him, he looks you in the eye.

Very pleasant. They were quite late because of an emergency, but kept us updated. I felt them to honest and reliable.

I was impressed how quickly Shiloh contacted me and inqired about my problem. I was grateful they scheduled a technician right away. When the estimated time of arrival was a little later than they planned, I was contacted immediately and advised of the new arrival time, which was accurate. The employee's that responded were very knowledgeable, very courteous and professional. I am very pleased at the exceptional work they did. The cost was a little higher than I had anticipated, but it was worth it due to the time it took to complete the project and the quality of the work done. I would certainly recommend Shiloh Well Systems to anyone.

Very professional, responsive and showed up on time (or called when unavoidably detained). Work was done in a timely manner and they courteous and thoughtful regarding clean up as they worked. Their prices were competitive or a little lower than other bids. I have reccomended them to others & will continue to do so.

we recieved freindly , efficent service. He got in quickly figured out the problem told us what it would take to fix it and once we gave him the go ahead he was finished in no time.. I was extreemely impressed with the service. He cleaned up and made sure we were happy with the job before he left.... thank you thank you ...I will be calling them again to do some upgrading.....

Shiloh contacted me right away, on the weekend, for our emergency pump problem. They came out on Saturday to diagnose the problem and again on Monday to make the repair. We pulled the pump and found the problem (based on their guidance) and were ready when Steve arrived to do the repair. It took him a total of not quite 2 hours for both Saturday and Monday but we were charged over $400 (less than $100 of that was materials). It seemed pricey, but at least we had water again by the end of Monday. The other companies never even responded.

My problem occured over the weekend at a rental property in Oregon, I live in Alaska. My Property Manager suggested someone I wasn't happy with in the past. Mike stepped up the the problem and solved it faster and for less money the next day.
