I am writing another review! Today was the day I needed to start winterizing. It was time to shut off the outdoor facets. My dad passed away, so I moved down to take care of mom. I had no idea how to turn off outside facets. Shawn took the time to write on the valves so I knew what to do! Five seconds and I was done! Thank you for being amazing and taking the extra step to make my life easier. Like I said before, he takes the time to explain things. I am so grateful! You should hire him! He does an amazing job!

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. A metal roofing panel had been removed earlier to allow access to the well head. Pulling up almost 200 feet of pipe was dicey work. I was impressed by their professionalism. They communicated constantly so that each one knew where other was and what they were doing at all times. The removal and installation went smoothly. They sterilized the pipe, ran the system through a couple of cycles and everything worked fine. So they left. About an hour later the pump died. I emailed Dorothy. She responded within a few minutes. It was after five by this time. Gary, the owner, showed up within the hour. Turned out a wire connector had popped loose. He re-connected that pesky thing. There have been no problems since. I appreciate the work the crew did in the replacement procedure and the rapid response of the Alpine Pump owners to my call for help. They do take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

The person who came out was competent, friendly and the price was reasonable. They were able to do a great job with our older house.

The price and quality were ok, but Gary smelled like a brewery every time he arrived. Another customer told me the same thing.

I needed a well water quality test done for a house re-finance. I called this service because they were the company that put the well in several years ago. I had talked to 2 other companies before calling Alpine so I was knowledgeable of the answers when I called Alpine. When I got to the subject regarding procedure, the individual became very resistant when answering. Shortly into it, he abruptly said that he did not want to do the job and equally abruptly hung up on me. Apparently knowledgeable customers make them nervous. I had talked to an analytical lab earlier and they indicated that Alpine Pump was not one of the their recommendation as an independent agent for taking the water samples. I'm beginning to see why. This company will NOT be seeing my well for any reason in the future.

We were thrilled. They are dependable and they come out right away.

The work has been fine. They were very competent, did what they said they would, the price was competitive as well. They charged exactly what they said they would.

Alpine Pump came out to install a new pressure tank on our well. They came out the next day to try to repair the old pressure tank, but discovered that we had two problems going on -- 1) the pressure switch had failed and 2) the diaphragm inside the tank had also failed. Alpine came out on the next business day to install a new pressure tank. They arrived early in the morning and completed the job by noon. They worked steadily while they were here and they were very professional throughout. The also cleaned up nicely after they had completed the job. The job cost approx. $900.00 and seemed reasonable. I would definitely call Alpine Pump again the next time we need any well/pump service.

They deal with water systems and well pumps. They were excellent and I will use them again in the future.
