+ -1 moreWhen we called for the fridge repair they were able to come out the next morning to assess the problem. As it turned out the problem was, thankfully, a minor fix and they were able to get the parts very quickly. The second time was for our dryer - about a week after the fridge. This time they came out very promptly and even had the part the next day! It was amazingly fast service. Long story short I would absolutely call Master Appliance for any service needs in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who needs something fixed.
Description of Work: Well, this review is really for two services provided. First our fridge stopped working and a week later our dryer stopped. Master Applicance fixed both of them.

+ -1 moreWe used Geek Squad and then we used Master Appliance for any repair on appliances and televisions and all that kind of stuff. Those are our go to people. We don't go to them, they come to us. They have a base fee and for people in this area it is a lot less expensive than the guys that are coming from Salem or Portland coming in. For us, it is less expensive to call these guys. If it is a warranty issue the guys will come down from Portland. They are always really careful. 2 repair guys, I've known one of them for years. They are always really courteous and really friendly. You know, small town. They do a pretty decent job of fixing stuff. They clean up after themselves. They're real honest about what they can't do. Everything I've ever asked them to do, they've either been able to get the parts and do it or they've been able to say, this may work or it may not. I don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them if something is going on. They are a lot cheaper than others that would come by a long shot. They are not always prompt but they come as quickly as they can fit you into their schedule.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator went out on Fathers Day weekend so I called them the Monday after and they told me they could not fit me in. I was at a lost because I have always used them!!! NO longer than a half hour later, they had someone cancel so they told us we could have their spot. By 3 o'clock they had installed a faulty designed thermostat and they put one in that was designed better! It took him over an hour and it only cost $100 which included the parts.
