Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned the flue for our woodstove. I called because the flue needed cleaning but also because I was concerned the top of the flue structure was leaking water. The owner called back the same day as I called, set up an appointment very quickly. On the day of the appointment they were delayed but phoned to let me know an updated time, and arrived at that time. Upon arrival went right to work and did a great job. Gave me a few tips on upgrading the top of the flue but told me it looked good.

Description of Work: Our need was to enlarge the cut-out area in a brick enclosure in order to pull out a failed 24-inch oven (age 54) and put in a new 27-inch oven. This was a particularly delicate operation because at the back of the opening was a diagonal brick wall which was part of our fireplace/chimney. We wanted to install a new oven but not harm the working fireplace. Damon had the right tools and skills to succeed at this. We have the proper cut-out measurements now for the new oven.
