Mark called back quickly on Saturday Labor Day Weekend. Sett up appointment Monday (Labor day) morning. (Wanted to come over Sunday Evening but we had plans out of town). Found problem quickly, and could not beat the customer service.

After a weekend trip, we came home to find our AC had stopped working. I put in a Home Advisor request late Monday night and by 7:00 am Tuesday morning Mark called and set up an appointment. By 10:00 am he was out and had the problem fixed! You can't ask for better than that! Mark was friendly and professional. I'll definitely call him again if I run into any more HVAC issues.
