West Coast Windows and Doors

I booked them 10 days in advance for a critical job pertaining to the sale of my home. They were supposed to be here at 9am; at 10am I texted and called to see if they were still on their way. They responded via text that they were stuck on another job and wouldn't be able to make it. We now have to push the sale of our home out until we can find another contractor that can do the work at the last minute. If they would've at least called the day before (when they surely knew about this delay) or even the morning of (before they were supposed to arrive), it would have been upsetting but forgivable. Unfortunately, they have proven to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
