+ -1 moreBOB LIVESAY IS GREAT!!! WE HAVE USED HIM MANY TIMES, INCLUDING DURING THE WATER HEATER EMERGENCY. OTHER PLUMBING JOBS HAVE INCLUDED THE INSTALLATION OF TWO 'POWER' TOILETS AND 2-3 WATER LEAKS IN OUR OUTDOOR SPRINKLER SYSTEM. BOB IS EXTREMELY HARD WORKING AND HIS RATES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HE EVEN REFUNDED US $40 ONE TIME, WHEN HE GOT HOME AND REALIZED WE'D ACCIDENTALLY BEEN CHARGED TOO MUCH! HE'S A VERY HONEST GUY!! WE HAVE USED BOB SO OFTEN THAT WE HAVE THOUGHT OF PUTTING HIM ON RETAINER OR ADOPTING HIM! :)
Description of Work: WE HAD A LEAK IN AN UPSTAIRS WATER HEATER. BOB LIVESAY QUICKLY CAME TO OUR HOUSE DURING THIS WATER EMERGENCY. HE REPLACED THE WATER HEATER AND ALSO RECOMMENDED & INSTALLED AN EMERGENCY DRAIN, IN CASE OF FUTURE WATER HEATER LEAKS.
