Description of Work: I had them hang sheet rock over some grasscloth wallpaper which was in our entrance which had a 20 foot vaulted ceiling and they hung the sheet rock, taped and mudded the whole way up - did a great job. They also dry walled, taped and mudded an open stair case that I closed in - great work. They also finished a wall I started as I realized very quickly I am not very good at taping and mud.

Description of Work: Shawn came to give us an estimate just a few days after we contacted him. Our bedroom ceiling collapsed due to a failed roof. He was quick and had a great team working for him. This price included replacing the entire ceiling in a 10 x 12 bedroom, completing the new skim coat for a 12 x 18 kitchen/eating area plus some other touch-ups. Shawn also put a new coat on the kitchen ceiling and entry wall which had started to shown the original seam marks. The works looks great. The only thing he didn't do was take a final bag of garbage.

 + -1 moreSean showed up within a couple days of calling him and got started. Got all the drywall hung in a day, then worked throughout the following week to get it all finished. Very fast, cheaper than the other bids we got by almost $1000, and we're very happy with the final product.
Description of Work: In a large living/dining room, hung 5/8" drywall, taped, mudded, and finished smooth, applied primer with spray.

 + -1 moreShawn was here within a couple hours for the bid, which took an hour to get the amount. He had the lowest bid as well as the $100 Angies list coupon. The crew came in, put up the drywall and Shawn did the rest, always there when he said he would be and kept in good communication. He does a quick and thorough job, cleans up during and after the job, and has a strong sense of integrity for his business. I'd recommend Perfect Touch to anyone needing drywall.

 + -1 moreI called some AngiesList companies but they did not want to do such a small job in my area. One company gave my number to Shawn, who called me the same day and we scheduled the work around my preferences. I prepared the rooms myself to protect other things from the texture, though Shawn would have done so. Shawn showed up only a few minutes late, surveyed the work to be done, and went to work. The texture looks great. He offered to remove the plastic I had put up and told me when I could paint over the texture He was careful to sponge up two small drips of texture from my front sidewalk. He also looked at a botched brocade ceiling repair I will need to have fixed in future and told me how I could prepare the area for his repair in order to save money on the job. I believe I paid the minimum charge and would use his company again without hesitation.
Description of Work: One 10x12' dining room wall and one small bathroom textured in prep for painting.
