+ -1 moreWe hired hoping to have plans for bids. We were told it could be done in 2 weeks. She had another project ahead of us tha I guess went wrong so 4 months later and still no plans we asked to be reimbursed...i was upset we got charged for her time that she came out and measured. I realize it took her some time but no one else I'm trying to hire wants to use someone else's CAD drawings...so I'm outta $780.00 and 4 months of time.

Clear communication throughout the process, explained the plans as they evolved, clear attention to detail, and super awesome, permit-submitting-ready plans when it was all done. She's awesome!

+ -1 moreTrina was very helpful with her initial information. A fast tracked drawing set with structural calculations was required for a building permit from the city. Trina came to the property within a few days to begin measure up and on boarded a structural engineer. The Drawings that were produced were highly detailed and allowed the permitting office to approve the permit without any changes. Trina was very professional and I would for sure recommend her to anyone with needs for residential drawings.

There were some unusual circumstances involved in the project, and because of her professionalism, experience, attention to detail, and willingness to work with my contractor the plans were submitted and approved by the county.

+ -1 moreGreat! We agreed a scheme early in the design. Trina then gathered all dimensions and prepared all plan drawings needed to obtain a permit. She then worked with a structural engineer to ensure code compliance with respect to added weight. Throughout she was extremely professional, responsive and easy to work with. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her for any kind of design work
