 + -1 moreLenny and Alternative Tree Service have provided over the past five years multiple services from removing trees, removing stumps, trimming fruit trees, and trimming grapes. In all instances, their professionalism has been evident in all that they have done. They take great care in insuring that adjacent property is protected, that the trees pruned are done so in a meticulous manner, and that all areas affected are cleaned and left immaculate. Their attitude and professionalism are evident in all that they have done for me over these last five years. I am very, very pleased with all the work that Alternative Tree has done for me, and I have found their prices to be more than competitive. I would be extremely happy to discuss my satisfaction with anyone requesting references.

 + -1 moreLenin, the owner, his brother and father all came out for the proposal and spent about a half hour after their full work day going over all details of what I wanted, pros and cons of several options, degrees of work I could choose from, and even explaining issues of maintaining tree health and encroachment over the neighbor's property. He didn't try to sell me anything more than I requested, not even making any comments about other work that was obviously needed in the yard. I chose to have five trees trimmed, thinned and cleaned, one being a huge sweet gum tree with octopus branches. They did an excellent job, just as they proposed, and their clean up was such that you couldn't even tell they had been there. They also did the work within two days of my accepting their proposal. They were all very polite as well as professional. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again, if needed. I really like working with them and have no regrets whatsoever. They also have several excellent reviews on another site, so it sounds like others have had just as good results as I had.
Description of Work: Provided a detailed, itemized, written proposal for trimming and cleaning several trees at my sister's home in Gresham. They also included chipping, hauling and cleaning up in the proposal. They provided the service immediately, just as they had proposed and explained. Lenin also explained everything they would do, gave some recommendations, and pros and cons of the options he gave. This is a relatively new company, I think only a three years old, but they have prior experience in the tree service industry and were extremely professional in both the proposal and in the work. They are a family company, and all the work is performed by the family.
