They understood the short schedule to get the job done, and they squeezed my work in with 9 days to spare. They showed up on time and got right to it. They were done in less time than they had planned for, and Will discounted the job by $200. I had to do a fair amount of site preparation before they could get their equipment into the right place to dig the back ditch. I got this work done on time so they could do theirs. They were great guys to work with.

I called Will and Son's off of Angie's List because of the good reviews. Once I talked to Will, it was smooth sailing from there. Will was polite and professional. Will did everything he said he was going to do from the beginning. Will and his team are a great value if you need some work done. They were great from beginning to end. The gave the best estimate, showed up on time and took great care to clean up after themselves. The yard was nice and level.

They gave me an estimate and from the beginning to end they aimed to please. They patiently worked with me to place each large stone in place as I wanted them to be done. They even moved and replaced them when I changed my mind. I initially hired them to only remove the old retaining wall, but then realized they offered so much more, and at a lower cost than what I had planned. With that savings, I had them install the new retaining wall. It turned out beautiful. They even chose special, large/flat stones to use as steps between the two level of yard. Partially because I kept asking for extra things to be done, they ran over by a day and never even charged me for it. They held to the original verbal quote. I had hired them by the hour, and they charged me according to their original rough quote. It's rare to have someone be true to their word, even though they had every right to charge more. They truly are a customer-focused operation, which places more importance on providing quality service than simply making money. I strongly recommend their services, as every one of their employees had the same customer focus. They also had three sizes of back hoes,so they can fit the correct-sized equipment to the project.
