I have 4 dogs...I have used them twice and will certainly use them again. Not only do they do an exceptional job but I trust them in my home.

They came and cleaned all the ducts, grates and the returns. Also cleaned the air filter that was in one of the returns They cleaned the dryer vent from both the outside headed in and the inside headed out - they made sure that they got it all. They also vacuumed out the dryer itself and the lint screen and made sure it was hooked up correctly. Very professional and nice gentlemen.

David arrived, went through the house, explained what he was going to do, gave me the price, performed his work. Called before he arrived. Wonderful experience.

After trying to do it myself and failing, I asked David to come by and tackle it. It was a 2-part operation with initial treatment in week 1 then wait 2 weeks for final treatment. And the result? Completely successful!!! No more odors. Those of you out there with pet odor/stain problems -- call David. Do NOT attempt to do it yourself. I purchased 3 different products from Petsmart -- all failed. I felt David charged a very fair price for a 100% successful assignment. Will I have David do all of my future work? ABSOLUTELY. He arrived exactly on time, He described the process in detail including how his method compared to other competitor's methods. He was very thorough and took extra effort to point out areas where I could improve air quality and cleanliness in the house. He added additional layers of filtering in both return ducts to improve overall quality. He was very professional and very efficient iwth both our time frames.

He made a special trip to give me an estimate. He arrived on time, explained every step of the process giving me tips on future maintenance and left equipment behind to assist in drying the carpets in record time. He was very professional and equally efficient with both our times. In the process he provided information about a very good vaccuum that I was able to purchase and am extremely satisfied with.

I use them again and again. I have them spray for the problems with the dogs and they spray for allergies because I’m allergic to dust mites. They are good, they are honest, and the work they do is very good.

David cleaned the carpet of our newly purchased home after the renovation work was done. The previous owner had couple of dogs and the carpet had several pet stains and some regular stains throughout the house. David showed that to us before starting the job and explained in detail what to expect after the job is done. He made measurement of the carpeted area in the house and calculated the cost based on that. Once we agreed for the work after the estimate was given to us, he finished the work promptly on time. David also cleaned the vent openings on the floor for free and gave us Angie's List discount. He also spent time explaining what needs to be done regarding air vent and dryer vent cleaning. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of David.

.I have used this service before to clean my carpet and they have always been very friendly and courteous. They always were good about getting pet stains out of the carpet. I was very happy with their work.

It went great! They were fantastic. The owner of the company came out and was really thorough. He explained everything. He went through the whole process and equipment. He looked at our vaccum and gave us ideas on how to maintain the carpet. The customer service was great! He took his time. He really went above and beyond with every aspect.

I have used their services till date. I called the same person again, as the quality of work he carried out the first time was very good. He is a little beauty and very efficient. He pays attention to every detail and makes sure the customer is satisfied. I will surely use his services again.

We've used Pro Wash Plus before and recommend them to all of our friends. Dave is one of the most courteous and thoughtful contractors I've ever used. He's punctual, and if he gets delayed he CALLS ahead to let me know. Not something you get with most folks in his business. He's efficient and offers lots of great advice - from what setting I should have my vacuum on for ultimate carpet performance to resources for new carpets and other related items. I cannot say enough about Dave and his team except that once you use them you will never go back! Thanks so much Dave!!

David came right away and was very quick, professional and educational. I had been doing many things wrong with my new carpets. This was the second time I hired David, who was originally highly recommended by my realtor. The finish work was fabulous.

I received the name of Prowash from Angie's List. I talked to Dave and liked his polite and friendly approach on the phone. He told me he had a coupon special and would honor it for me (even though I didn't have a coupon). He came out to my house and was on time. I walked him through my house and he explained to me how he would be cleaning my carpets and gave me the price beforehand. He went right to work and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet cleaner and recommended a spot cleaner that I have since purchased and really like.

I called Dave on Wednesday and he came on Friday at the time he stated to do the work. The carpets are worn and have not been cleaned in a long while (we just moved in, but doubt they have been cleaned since installation). The office carpet came out much lighter and most of the stains came out. The bedroom carpet came out great. Dave gave great advice and took the time to call back to mention he had seen carpenter ants (ugh!). Very helpful and courteous.

David is wonderful, respectful of your home, & always goes the extra mile to make your carpets look brand new.

DAVID WAS ON-TIME, PERSONABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE AND HIS PARTNER WORKED QUICKLY, AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY REMOVED STAINS, AND EVEN CLEANED SMALL THROW RUGS SO THAT THEY LOOKED NEW AGAIN. HE DID A GOOD JOB, AND WAS VERY SYSTEMATIC.
