I purchased a coupon service through Angie's List for the cleaning ($169). The provider contacted me right away and scheduled an appointment for a week later. I was given a 3-hour window for the visit. The technician came within that time. He was pleasant and professional. The fireplace looks great!

Wonderful! We purchased our gas insert from NW Appliance at the Portland Home show. They, in turn, connected us with Gaspro for the installation. We heard back from Gaspro within a day and they explained the whole process from having the electrical work done, the initial install, the permits and inspection and final completion of project. We scheduled the project (all told about 10 hrs. spread out over four days that fit our schedule) and everything went according to their plan. Every person that came to our home was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their office and scheduling staff were over the top helpful as well! We are in the middle of a big remodeling project and our awful experiences with other contractors and salesmen being unreliable, dishonest and unresponsive has really tainted our opinions of the building/remodeling industry in recent months. I was so thrilled to have had such a positive experience with Gaspro that I felt compelled to write a review even though we didn't go through Angie's to get them. Just wanted to let other folks know there truly are ethical, reliable folks out there and Gaspro along with NW Appliance have restored my faith!? We highly recommend Gaspro to anyone considering a gas insert!

Tyler, the technician, arrived promptly and was clean, courteous and full of helpful information. He showed me the proper way to operate our fireplace and with his overhaul, I'm sure it'll keep going for a long time. Tyler showed me how the previous fireplace maintenance was incorrect and then easily corrected the problem, cleaned the fireplace and replaced the sand. He was helpful in that he made sure we understood the basic workings of the fireplace, how to operate it safely and provided other tips on how to keep it running in the future. I'm really pleased with the visit, the price was as expected and worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to call on this business again if need be. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our fireplace was only used part of the winter last year- we use a small tank. First trip was a clean and inspection- thought all was well until we got our tank and could not keep it going. Another service call was told we needed a chimney clean type service and all would well... And now $400 in its not working. We were told we'd need a more involved service and some troubleshooting to determine the issue and get the unit working, we understood though disappointed. It's been several weeks, we've messaged and still no estimate or even a response to messages we've sent.

This company not only did the cleaning and servicing I requested - they also explained tome that I did not NEED as much service as i had requested so they saved money! The service rep was prompt, professional and helpful. thank you!

Great service. Called a few days before appointment day. The service person showed up within the time frame. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. he went right to work. Set up tarps to keep the carpet clean. Proceeded through the process and finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up the area and left without a hitch. Would use again

I bought the $129.00 deal on angies list Gaspro put me on their wait list and came a few days sooner than expected. The Technician cleaned the fireplace and glass and reset my error code. He replaced the batteries in the remote. He was quick, clean and efficient.

The service techs arrived at the time and date appointed. They removed their street shoes and proceeded to layout protective cloths to keep the area clean They removed the fire logs, inspected the burner and gas ports, vacuumed the fire box area and cleaned the front glass. They then added new wool for embers and replaced the logs. They were both very careful and polite.

I didn't realize how dirty the fireplace glass was, it looks amazing.

They were fast at following up with me, and were very knowledgeable. Out gas fireplace wasn't working, so he got it fixed and cleaned it out.
