This was great. He was very professional, friendly and really fixed it up, it only needed cleaning. He was real good. I was happy with the service and he was on time. I did a comparison and the price was right there. He knew what he was doing. He checked what he had to and he cleaned it and he told me what he was doing and I really liked that.

Ron did an excellent job of cleaning & re-wiring my fireplace. He was efficient & professional. I am very pleased with his work.

This was the first time I have purchased a service deal through Angies List. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. Not only did Ron from Gaspro tune up, clean and inspect our gas fireplace insert, he fixed the wiring on the fan motor so it now works correctly. Since the previous owners of our home took the remote control unit for the fireplace, I ordered a replacement and Ron arranged to have it delivered and installed the next day. Great service will use them again.

All went well except that they said they would order the part and call me when ready to install. Someone forgot to tell someone else so I waited a long time before finally getting the work completed.

It went great. Ron found the leak, stopped it, did a complete cleaning and tune up on the fireplace unit. But the first time I used the fireplace, the flame control knob came off in my hand and now it doesn't control the flame when you turn it. I notified GasPro but they have not responded. I would give them As all around if not for this failure to follow up.

GasPro fixed both problems and we are ready for winter. Great work!

Gas Pro did a great job - it was easy to make an appt, the serviceman was friendly, professional and happy to answer all my questions. The owner even came over when my fireplace proved to be an unusual one and needed a little extra help.

It went great. They called me right back to set up the appointment, Brandon was even early the day of the appointment and he fixed several items that he found besides the problems we were aware of. He was very clean, efficient and informative. Would highly recommend.

Ron arrived at the stated appointment time and completed the job in a satisfactory manner. He covered the surrounding area with a drop cloth and made sure that everything was tidied up before leaving. We will certainly call him again should we need fireplace cleaning or service.

They were very responsive. The key that should have worked to turn on the fire pit ended up being too short (due to the construction of the fire pit being wider than expected), and they quickly brought us a new one.

The owner came for the scheduled appointment on time, and we conversed while the work was completed - nice guy. The fireplace works as good as new.....if needed I'll use Gaspro again.

It went great. The fireplace works perfectly. Ron explained what he thought was wrong, and he was correct. Previous repair company told me the problem couldn't be fixed, and they gave me an explanation that would have potentially resulted in my having to buy a new fireplace. I wish I could remember who these people were, but it's been a while. I plan to have Ron back for future service.

Ron was great. He had the fireplace working within 15.minutes of his arrival. He told me all it needed was a good cleaning. He cleaned inside the fireplace, the glass and inspected the wiring. I had to wait a while for them to fit me into their busy schedule, but it was well worth the wait. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Ron mentioned they also do installations. I'm thinking about having them come back out and install a gas line to my barbecue.

I had a client who had a ventless fireplace that was leaking carbon monoxide. Another fireplace repair company told her that it would need to be replaced and vented to the outside at a cost of $10,000+. I called Ron @ Gaspro and for the cost of their "service call", they were able to do a standard service on the unit and the client has NW Natural Gas come back out and the unit was no longer leaking carbon monoxide.

Great job! My gas fireplace had suddenly stopped working a while ago, so I decided to have a general maintenance performed on it since I wasn't sure if previous owners had done that. Ron used a drop cloth to protect the floors while working and got the fireplace cleaned and working again. He was courteous, professional and honest. I would recommend his business and services to others.

The whole experience with Gaspro went great, from the initial call to the service. The office kept me informed of any schedule changes, and Ron called me before his arrival, as promised. I asked him to show me how to operate some of the features of the fireplace, such as adjusting the flame, turning the pilot light and ignition on, etc. My husband can do these things, but I wanted to know as well. Ron was efficient, friendly, and happy to show me how the fireplace works. He cleaned the firebox, the glass front, all the nooks and crannies thoroughly. I highly recommend Gaspro, and will happily call them for next years service call, and with any questions or other concerns about the fireplace.

They said I was not in their service area. They were still willing to come and do the job but could not get it done in the time frame I needed. I appreciated their willingness to still do the job.

A bit tough to schedule with, but service person showed up on time, was very professional and explained what he did. Everything is good!

Very professional service; consulted me whether we wanted a remote function or not; educated me on style of fireplace and future repair items for consideration. Very informative, but not pushy which I appreciated.
