Description of Work: Cleaned and fixed gas fire place. Attention to detail was impressive. Every part was vacuumed individually and the was no mess left after the service was complete. Fireplace and remote are working perfectly now.

Description of Work: I scheduled a diagnostic visit through the GasPro office. They explained that any parts or labor would be in addition to the $89.00 that I had paid. |Charlie arrived at my house per our scheduled appointment, and took a look at our gas fireplace, and immediately determined that the pilot nozzle was clogged. He was able to quickly clean the nozzle, and had my fireplace working within 10 minutes of his arrival! He did not charge me anything above the original diagnostic fee. In addition he patiently answered several questions about my unit. |I now have a working fireplace again!

I think some more clarity when scheduling around what I needed could have been helpful ( makes a difference in pricing), but that very well could have been due to my own bad communication.
