We had not used our gas fireplace insert before in our new home. Gaspro was friendly, courteous and efficient in setting our appointment. A time-frame between 10 and 1 was arranged. We would have liked to have them come earlier and within a shorter time-frame and it happened that Ron called first thing in the morning and was hoping to come early. Ron arrived quickly and was very friendly and talkative. He came in and set himself up in an organized and clean manner. The work was relatively simple maintenance but not something we would take on ourselves. Ron dug right in and offered great information to assist in understanding operation of the fireplace unit. He found some trouble with ignition but got things back in place and operating within an hour. He also recommended watching for problems with the ignitor and to call him if there were issues, standing by this with with a guarantee. Ron went through basic operation of the fireplace and offered help with other questions. We're very happy with the work Ron did and would definitely work with Gaspro again in the future.

The technician was prompt and worked very quickly. We were very pleased with the job. We are interested in purchasing a new gass fireplace and he gave us some tips on our purchase, the best time to buy. His company also does installation of new products in conjunction with Northwest Natural Gas so we wil use them again.

Ron and I were about to play telephone tag, but he followed up by email and we were able to set an appointment. I was very happy that he was able to come so quickly. I didn't ask for any timeframe, but he was able to fit me in. He came on schedule and did a wonderful job. When I bought the house the fireplace didn't work too well, so I haven't really used it, plus the fan was so loud. Ron cleaned the glass and screen, added new ember material, and cleaned and adjusted the gas jets and fan. He also showed me how to remove the glass so that I can clean it, and showed me how to adjust the fan speed. I am so happy with the results. I now have a beautiful working fireplace that really puts out the heat. It's wonderful. Ron has put me on his mailing list, so that I can get followup maintanence service, which is really important to me. I have already recommended Ron to a friend and she will be giving him a call too.

I called Ron in early November and set up an appointment to repair a fireplace that had not worked in several years. He arrived on time and even called me when he was on his way. He was able to replace a defective valve and have the fireplace up and running in a very short time. Ron even vacuumed the entire fireplace insert and cleaned the glass. I was extremely happy with his work and his professionalism. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and gave me options for the repairs. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Ron called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived shortly, right in the "window" of time I had been told, when the appointment was originally scheduled. He completely cleaned the fireplace, making sure everything was working perfectly. He was in and out in no time, which I really appreciated. What had me calling to schedule the appointment initially was the inside of the glass was dusty, and since cleaning that was a part of the tune-up, I couldn't be happier. We discussed the possibility of adding a blower to the fireplace, since it was pre-wired for one when the house was built. He'll check into what model we need and get back to us with the price. I will definitely use him again, if for no other reason than to keep the unit in tip top shape.

My gas fireplace stopped working. Called Gaspro and explained the symptoms. He set up an appointment and came out to fix it. It went great! Showed up in a timely fashion, went straight to work and got it done right quick. No issues whatsoever. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Ron, the owner, returned my voice mail promptly and we agreed to a date and time for the service. A few days later he telephoned to see if he could change the date, and we got the job done a day earlier. He arrived on time. He did an excellent job - I'd never seen the inside of the fireplace that clean! Ron also explained potential future problems - if any occur, I'll certainly call Ron. On our estate there had been some problems with fires seeming to ignite by themselves. He explained that the remote controls on these older units (1998) use the same system as some garage door openers, and that is what causes the problem, and if it happens to us, we should change the code on the remote unit and he showed me where to do it.

Ron was right on on time. Disassembled gas fireplace screen, cleaned it, reignited the pilot light, reassembled and said it was in good shape. We will use him again.

Ron arrived within his estimated time range, was very friendly, clean and quick. He performed routine maintenance on my gas fireplace and even called the gas company on a potential problem he spotted to make sure my fireplace was still safe to operate. I've already recommended him to a co-worker.

It took a couple of phone calls to get scheduled but that is to be expected in the fall. Very knowledgeable about my insert. Got it working in short order. It now works better than it did when originally installed. Cleaned up. Very professional.

Understandably, it's a busy time of year for gas fireplace service businesses. The company we had used previously never called us back at all, but Ron called within a day and scheduled a service about a week out. He arrived well within his time window, and did a thorough job. He explained what he was doing and why, and what we could do ourselves throughout the year. While we took advantage of his Angie's List coupon this time, he mentioned he offers an even lower summer service rate, which we'll be taking advantage of yearly from now on.

Rated price "good" rather than "excellent" simply because I have no point of comparison on this work. Price seemed reasonable for the work performed.

He was available the day after I called and was prompt and professional He even took the time to explain to me what he did and why, as well as answered all of my questions.

Everything went smooth. They were easy to contact by phone and they showed up when promised. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. They also inspected and cleaned the unit. This was sooooo much cheaper and easier than replacing the unit which has been working flawlessly ever since.

Gas Pro serviced and repaired my gas fireplace insert. I had the pilot light turning off when switching unit to "on" position. Gas Pro showed up on time, checked unit out, found and fixed problem. And price was very fair. Great Job ! ! ! Gas Pro will be at the top of my list for any gas appliance problems for my home.
