Travis and the team were great. Project was on time and on budget and they were very responsive and accommodating with our requests, i.e. tile board.

Used Coupon / special advertised. Very easy to setup appointment. Service person (I've forgotten his name) showed up on time. He asked the right questions, performed the cleaning, re-lit the pilot, and explained a reasonable schedule for regular maintenance (More often than every 10 years lol)....

We used the other company to replace the part.

I sent information as requested via email three times and never have received a response. I hate to leave a bad reviews but I think no responses is equally bad.

All went well. They were able to do the job, while others we hired to do the repairs were not. The were knowledgeable in their work and scheduling and follow through were good. Their pricing was as they told us it would be.

They damaged our mantel and refused to repair it. They were 2 weeks late finishing and refused to even discuss trying to make it right. I requested a price reduction and got a big NO. I do not recommend Gaspro.

They did a great job. Cleaned the burners, the logs and the glass. Had to replace the switch on the wall which was faulty. Works great now.

I was disappointed overall. It didn't appear to be as professional as I had expected, based on the great reviews.

Great, the tech arrived on time, was very thorough and provided good information on the general maintenance and operation of the fireplace.

Great work. Very professional, cleaned all parts, removed an unnecessary internal switch with bad electrical connectors and replaced a faulty electrical switch. Provided discount for Angies listing of $169 plus the unknown exterior faulty switch ($30).

The required work was accomplished by cleaning the firebox, gas injector and glass front of cobwebs/dust. The problem was fixed and the fire place began to work again. Problem was it took over 3 + weeks from initial call to service rep to come to house. Outdoor temps were 32 - 12 degrees in January.

My wife paid the bill and when I called to complain the owner Ron said he would credit it and that that's what the cost would be to fix this gas fireplace. afterwards he changed his mind and sent me a letter saying I would need to pay after all or he would file for a contractors lien on our home! I am filing a complaint with NW Natural Gas as well as with the Oregon Contractors Board as this company is not what it seems to show on your recommended vendors. please be aware of this!

Service call went very well. The office as well as the person performing the service called to provide an update of when he would arrive. He also provided very practical explanations for certain quirks of the fireplace.

I pre-purchased a coupon from Angies List for $169. I had no idea how long or what it took to clean and inspect a gas log fireplace. The work didn't take long at all, and so I felt that was a lot of money for such little time needed. Lastly, I was offered new embers for an additional charge of $20 which I agreed to pay. After the repairman left, I noticed on the Angies List coupon that the embers were supposed to be included in the coupon. $189 was way too much to pay. Will look elsewhere in the future.

It was good. I scheduled it a month later. Person that came out recognized what was wrong immediately and fixed it. He did a really good job. He got it running again. Fellow was very professional. He came out and did a good job. He showed up earlier than he said he was going to show up so that was a good part too. His punctuality was an A+.

Brandon was great at communicating his arrival time (he was running early), and left the fireplace in much better shape, cosmetically and structurally. He also reconnected the thermostat and gave us some tips on how to replace it ourselves.

On time and did everything needed perfectly.
