Arrived at the very time scheduled. introduced himself. covered hardwood floor and related work area. Explained every thing he did. I will be using the company in the future !!!!!

Technician arrived earlier than the window of time given. He opened up the fireplace and cleaned all of the inside. Once he was finished and had it all back together he ran it for several minutes to make sure that it was working. He answered my questions about how we would remove the rust on the inside and repaint it to look like new again. I asked about adding a fan to the fireplace and he instructed me on how we could do it ourselves or to have them do it. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all questions. I purchased their Big Deal and would use the company again.

The service went great. Fireplace was cleaned and vacuumed out. Glass was cleaned and put back together.

Everything went great! He was polite, courteous and on-time. Ron performed the service and explained what he'd done and how the system was going to work more efficiently since he'd cleaned and adjusted what needed to be adjusted.

Brandon and Travis arrived at the appointed time looking professional ,i.e. I was not afraid to open the door. They proceeded to clean and check fireplace, trouble shooting a problem I had noticed. It was located but at this time nothing can be done about it due to the age of the fireplace and part no longer being made.

Showed up on time. Went over work to be done . Did an excellent job.

Took fireplace apart and cleaned it front to back. Cleaned all the glass, tested the flame, arranged all the logs and rocks. I am now ready for winter.

The technician was very descriptive of all of the things that he was doing. He explained that the thermostat was too far away to support the small voltage supplied by the gas fireplace. He further explained that the pilot light should remain lit all year instead of turning it off during the summer. I did later call them for service on my furnace and air conditioner since it did say that they did this on the back of their card. Gaspro then recommended a different service technician who was just as good! I would hire both companies again. I would recommend Gaspro.

The technician took the time to explain my remote control and why at the time of installation in the 1990's our fireplace was wired the way it is. Since the fireplace will not start without the remote, he made sure I knew what to do about getting a new remote, should my 19 year remote give out. He worked quietly and cleanly.

During, and after the maintenance was complete, he answered all of my questions thoroughly, told me the problems to watch out for that are normally encountered with my model and recommended a yearly maintenance schedule due to frequency of use. We discussed installing a blower for the unit. He promised to provide a price as soon as possible. Clean and tidy after the work was completed.
