I asked to include painting the firebox black as part of the big deal as our previous service provider always did. Gaspro said they did not do that as they had experience with peeling paint. I suggested it might be the paint they used then was told they would do the work for $25 more. Why would I pay $25 more for peeling paint? No thanks, I'll hire my previous provider.

The gentleman from GASPRO arrived as agreed, he was one of the most professional technicians that I used since 2012 when we moved to our new house. He cleaned the fireplace tuned it and fixed the switch in a short time. He spread a tarp in front of the fireplace to make sere nothing dirties the carpet, used his vacuum cleaner, and all was done it did not feel or look like anyone was there! Very professional, clean and efficient. Thanks GASPRO!

He explained what he was doing and what he found. He cleaned the glass and took parts to find replacements. He offered to find a fan for a unit that did not come with a fan and the company is no longer in business. Ron was very busy but took the time to make us feel like valued customers.

Ron Phillips, the owner of GasPro, Inc. did an excellent job providing the cleaning and tune up service for our gas fireplace insert. We purchased an Angie's List deal, scheduled the work and he arrived within the scheduled window of time. He protected our floor and hearth, dissassembled the unit and cleaned everthing then reinstalled the log set with fresh embers. He cleaned the glass, changed out the batteries (we provided replacements) and sealed it back up. He tested the operation and the unit works great. Ron is very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions; I was very happy with the service and price.

We were very positively impressed. They were polite, neat, friendly, efficient and very professional. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

I had my gas fireplace cleaned. It went very well. The gentleman who did the service was friendly and efficient. He told me that the gas ducts were blocked and it usually was caused by spiders getting into the tubes during the summer. He cleaned them out and the fireplace worked as good as new. He noted that my seals on the glass door were very degraded so I ordered a new door for an additional cost and they came back and installed it for me. Very pleased with my service.

They came and did a good job. They were in and out and I remember their pricing to be fair. They were on time and professional.

It went awesome! We had been told by the gas company that there was a huge problem with the fireplace. It turned out that there wasn't. The Gaspro guy checked everything out. He made sure it was safe and took the time to get us a copy of the fireplace manual and walk us through using it. When we need the fireplace serviced again we will call Gaspro.

I talked with gaspro to get a quote he said to call his office and make appointment.so i did ,well he never showed up when i called he did apologize for the misunderstanding ........but then his secretary called with the quote and did not even know what he was talking about she called it "my area" i NEEDED TO clarify what area because the quote was too high just to clean the roof... He never return my call to explain what "my area meant"

I have two gas fireplaces. One of them has been worked on several times - it seems to work, but then it shuts itself off. GasPro came twice. The first time, he did routine maintenance on both, and got the problem fireplace working again. I also asked him to install a remote. Since this was his first time working on the fireplaces, he thought the loose wire he found might be causing the problem. However, it wasn't long before the problem fireplace stopped working again. This time, he tracked the problem down and replaced the pilot assembly. He did not charge for labor on the second visit. The fireplace has been working ever since (five months.) Pleasant, efficient, professional. Will use in the future.

Gaspro arrived on time. He was very professional. He helped me understand the inner workings of the gas fireplace which I was afraid to use. He left the area clean. And in just a few minutes, it was completed.

It went very well. I appreciate the responsiveness via phone to my call and the quick timing of scheduling an appt. John came out and serviced the fan in our gas fireplace. He also moved the temp sensor closer to heat so it would trigger sooner. Cleaned dust out and cleaned glass. I was happy he helped find a solution that didn't require replacing the fan. I also appreciated him taking the time to look at our second gas fireplace since he was already there. That fan was broken and luckily he had a replacement with him. He replaced the fan, installed an auto-on temp sensor, cleaned out the dust, and cleaned the glass. Very efficient. Very patient with my questions. Very clean (laid out blankets so as to not get anything on the carpet). Overall, I'm pleased with the work and happy to have two working fireplaces.

The service was excellent and they did a great job. When they gave me the estimate, they explained very carefully how everything would work and how they would do the job. They did the work while I was not home but my wife was home. It all went well and they explained to my wife how to operate the fireplace.

John was on time and was able to take care of the problem I was having with the stove and explained in detail why the problem happened in the first place and how to prevent it from happening again. Cindy works in the office and was very pleasant setting up the appointment. She did her best to try to get me an earlier appointment.

The technician arrived on time and completed the repair within an hour. He spotted a problem with the batteries in the remote and took care of that also. He was efficient and neat.

The estimator was pleasant, appeared well qualified and arrived on time. There were two problems: his price was nearly double that of the general contractor I eventually had do the job; and he did not remove the old stove during the estimate to see if the new one would fit, relying instead on the manufacturer's specs I gave him. It turned out, though that the new stove would not have fit without moving an adjacent cabinet over to the left by one inch. The general contractor did, in fact, slide the stove out before he made the estimate. I would hire GasPro to work on my fireplace insert, as he seems very qualified to do that. But I'll stick with a general contractor for a bigger job.

Came a little early, which was fine. Removed his shoes at doorway. Diagnosed problem immediately. Showed me how to turn on/off pilot light.

It was a great service. They cleaned my gas fireplaces and replaced a few parts to get them up and running. These were two older units that had never worked before. Lots of detail and care went into making sure to leave my house clean as well.

Gaspro did an excellent job diagnosing a problem that has eluded other technicians.

We were really impressed with their work. They were really honest. He said that something had come out unscrewed, and he fixed that, and he cleaned everything out. We had a little trouble in the beginning with their responsiveness, but it all worked out in the end.
